Mountain
La fotografia naturalistica rappresenta animali viventi non
addomesticati e piante non coltivate nel loro habitat naturale,
la geologia e la grande diversità dei fenomeni naturali, dagli
insetti fino agli iceberg.
Foto d’animali addomesticati, tenuti in gabbia o sottomessi a
qualsiasi forma di restrizione, come pure foto di piante coltivate,
sono inammissibili.
Un intervento minimo dell’uomo è accettabile per alcuni soggetti
della natura, come nel caso dei gufi di granaio o delle cicogne
che si adattano ad un ambiente modificato dall’uomo; o delle
forze naturali, come uragani o maremoti, che lo rivendicano.
La foto originale deve essere presa dal fotografo, e poco importa
il procedimento fotografico. Tutta manipolazione o modifica
della ripresa originale deve limitarsi a minimi ritocchi d’imperfezioni
e non può in nessun modo modificare il contenuto della scena
originale.
Dopo aver soddisfatto queste condizioni, ogni sforzo sarà messo
in atto, affinché tutte le foto naturalistiche siano del più alto
livello artistico.

Nature photography depicts living, untamed animals and
uncultivated plants in a natural abitat, geology and the wide
diversità of natural phenomena, from insects to icebergs.
Photographs of animals wich are domesticated, caged or under
any form of restraint, as well as photographs of cultivated plants
are ineligible.
Minimal evidence of humans is acceptable for nature subjects,
such as bam owis or stocks, dapting to an environment modified
by humans, or natural forces, like hurricanes or tidal aves, reclaiming it.
The original image must have been taken by the photographer,
whatever photographic edium is used. Any manipulation or
modification to the original image is limited to minor retouching
of blemishes and must not alter content of the original scene.
After satisfying the above requirements, every effort should be
made to use the highest level of artistic skill in all nature
photographs.
DÉFINITION DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE NATURE
La photographie nature raprésente des animaux vivants non
apprivoisés et des plantes non cultivées dans leur environnement
naturel, la géologie et la grande diversité des phénomènes
naturels, allant des insectes aux icebergs.
Des photos d’animaux domestiqués, tenus en cage ou soumis à
une quelconque forme de restriction, ainsi que des photos de
plantes cultivées, sont inadmissibles.
Une intervention minimale de l’homme est acceptable pour des
sujets nature, comme par exemple des hiboux de grange ou des
cigognes, s’adaplant à un environnement modifié par l’action
de l’homme, ou des forces naturelles, tels que des ouragans ou
des raz-de-marée, le revendiquant.
La photo originale doit étre prise par le photographe, peu
importe le procédé photographique. Toute manipulation ou
modification de la prise de vue originale doit se limiter à de
minimes retouches d’imperfections et ne péut en aucun cas
modifier le contenu de la scène originale.
Après avoir satisfait ces conditions, tout effort sera fait, afin que
toutes les photos nature soient du plus haut niveau artistique.

REGOLAMENTO
1. La Pro Loco - Sezione fotografica con il
patrocinio di:
· Assessore al Mediterraneo, Cultura
e Turismo della Regione Puglia
· Presidente dell’Amministrazione
Provinciale di Foggia
· Comune di Monte Sant’Angelo
organizza il 4° Concorso Fotografico Internazionale - Premio “La Montagna
dell’Angelo”.
2. Il Concorso ha cinque temi:
• Natura
• Persone e ritratti
• Reportage
• Libero
• Tema obbligato: “Memorie dell’Umanità”
I Beni Materiali ed Immateriali
del Patrimonio UNESCO
Circa il tema Memorie dell’Umanità i partecipanti sono invitati a mostrare, attraverso
le loro fotografie, le ricchezze del patrimonio
immateriale dell’umanità fatto di riti e usanze
che stanno lentamente scomparendo. In
particolare trattare i seguenti aspetti: “
Pratiche sociali, riti e feste”; “il Folclore”; “la
conoscenza e pratiche concernenti la natura
e l’universo”; artigianato tradizionale. Per i
beni materiali, mostrare le bellezze dei siti
culturali già riconosciuti dall’UNESCO e quelli
4. La partecipazione è aperta ai fotografi
provenienti da tutto il mondo, i quali possono
inviare un massimo di quattro opere per
sezione. Verranno prese in particolare considerazione le opere inedite. Il concorso è valido
per la statistica FIAF: Patrocinio 2011S1 e per
la statistica FIAP: Patrocinio 2011/036
5. Le immagini digitali dovranno pervenire in
formato JPEG, dovranno avere una risoluzione
300 dpi e il lato più lungo della dimensione
di 3.500 pixel.
Il nome del singolo file deve essere formato
dalla lettera del tema prescelto, seguita da
nome e cognome e data di nascita (ggmmaa),
da un numero che indica il progressivo delle
foto (es. A_MarioRossi_010353_01).
Le immagini dovranno essere inviate su supporto digitale CD o DVD, che verrà restituito
con il catalogo.
La quota unica di partecipazione, a titolo di
rimborso spese, è fissata in 10 Euro o 13 Dollari;
8 Euro per i tesserati FIAF e deve essere inviata:
• a mezzo vaglia postale intestato
alla Pro Loco, via Reale Basilica n. 40

Le opere senza la quota di partecipazione

6. Le opere, la fotocopia della ricevuta del
versamento e la scheda di partecipazione,
dovranno pervenire entro e non oltre il
9/5/2009 al seguente indirizzo:

7. Ogni autore è l’unico responsabile di quanto
forma oggetto delle proprie fotografie ad
ogni effetto di legge e, salvo espresso divieto
scritto, ne autorizza la pubblicazione con la
citazione del suo stesso nome. Con l’accettazione del presente regolamento ogni partecipante autorizza il trattamento dei dati
personali, ai sensi della Legge 675/1996 e del
D.LGS. 196/2003, per tutti gli adempimenti
necessari all’organizzazione e allo svolgimento
del Concorso. Ogni partecipante autorizza
l’inserimento delle proprie opere nel sito web
del concorso, nel CD del concorso e nelle
eventuali pubblicazioni che gli organizzatori
potranno decidere di produrre. Il Comitato
Organizzatore del Concorso, pur assicurando
la massima cura delle opere inviate, declina
ogni responsabilità per eventuali smarrimenti,
furti o danni, durante le esposizioni o durante
il trasporto.
Ogni partecipante riceverà una copia del
catalogo illustrato, a colori, del concorso con
tutte le opere premiate e ammesse e le eventuali etichette di ammissione.
8. Sarà dichiarato vincitore del premio assoluto
il miglior autore fra le 5 sezioni del Concorso,
indifferentemente a Tema “Libero”, “Natura”,
“Reportage”, “Persone e ritratti” o “Memorie
dell’Umanità”. Il giudizio è insindacabile e la
partecipazione al concorso implica
l’accettazione del presente regolamento e dei
regolamenti FIAF e FIAP.
9. Il risultato dei lavori delle giurie, oltre ad
essere comunicato per iscritto ad ogni partecipante, sarà pubblicato anche nel sito web
del concorso. Per facilitarne la partecipazione
alla cerimonia di premiazione, il vincitore del
primo premio assoluto sarà ospitato in albergo
tre stelle, pensione completa, per due giorni.
Tutte le opere premiate e ammesse saranno
poste in mostra attraverso apposita sala multimediale allestita.
10. A causa di possibili ritardi postali, si invita
gli autori a spedire le opere per tempo e si
raccomanda inoltre ai circoli di fare invii collettivi.
I pacchi tassati non saranno ritirati. I premi
non ritirati personalmente o tramite delegati
verranno spediti a carico e a rischio del destinatario tramite pacco postale.

2. Le concours a cinq thèmes:
• Nature
• Personnes et portraits
• Reportage
• Libre
• Thème obligé: “Memoires de
l’Humanité” · Les Biens matériels et
immatériels du Patrimoine UNESCO
En ce qui concerne le thème « Mémoires de
l’Humanité», les participants sont invités à
montrer à travers leurs photos, les richesses
du patrimoine immatériel de l’humanité
faites de rites et de coutumes qui petit à
petit sont en train de disparaître. En
particulier, traiter les aspects suivants :
« Usages sociaux, rites et fêtes » ; « le
Folklore » ; « la connaissance et les pratiques
qui concernent la nature et l’univers » ;
artisanat traditionnel.
Pour les Biens matériels montrer les beautés
des endroits culturels déjà reconnus par
l’UNESCO et de ceux candidats. Un prix
spécial sera dédié à l’endroit sériel « Italie
Lango-bardorum. Centres de Pouvoir et de

4. Partecipation is open to photographers
from around the world. They can send a
maximum of four works for section.
Unpublished works will be taken in particular
account. The competition is good for statics
FIAF: sponsorship 2011S1 and for statics FIAP:
sponsorship 2011/036
5. Digital images must be in JPEG format,
must have a 300 dpi solution and the longest
side of the scale of 3500 pixels. The name of
each file must be formed by the letter of the
theme, followed by first name and last name
and date of birth (ggmmaa), a number that
indicates the progressive photos
(example: A_JohnDoe_010353_01).
The images will be sent on digital media CD
or DVD, that will be returned with catalogue.
The only fee to participate, by way of expenses,
is set at 10 euros or 13 u.s. dollars, 8 euros for
FIAF card and must be sent:

4. La participation est ouverte aux
photographes en provenance du monde
entier, qui peuvent envoyer un maximum de
quatre œuvres par section. Les œuvres inédites
seront particulièrement prises en considération.

5. Les images num riques devront

7. Each author is the only responsible for what
is the subject of his photographs, for all legal
purposes and, without any prohibition in
writing, authorizing the publication with the
mention of his name. By accepting this
regulation, each participant authorizes the
process of personal data under the law
675/1996 and of D.LGS 196/2003 for all the
necessary requirements and the conduct of
competition. Each participant authorizes the
inclusion of his works in the website of
competition and in the CD of competition
and any publication the organizers may decide
to produce. The organizing Committee of the
competition, while ensuring the utmost care
of the works sent, disclaims responsibilty for
any loss, theft or damage during the shows,
or in transport. Each participant will receive
a copy of the catalogue, printed in full color,
of the competition with all the works, awarded
and accepted and any label of admission.
8. The best author among the 5 sections of
the competitions equally in theme “Free“,
“Nature“, “Reportage”, “People and
portraits” or “Memories of Humanity“ will
be declared winner of the author prize. The
judgment is unobjectionable and participation
in the competition implies acceptance of this
rule and regulations of FIAF and FIAP.
9. The result of the work of juries, as well as
being notified in writing to each participant,
will be published on the website of the
competition. To facilitate his participation in
the award ceremony, the first prize winner
will be hosted in three stars hotel, full board,
for two days.
All award winning works and accepted works
will be displayed through special multimedia
room set.
10. Due to possible postal delays, we invite
the authors to send the works on time and
also recommend the circles to make collective
calls. The taxed parcels won’t be picked up.
The prizes not picked up in person or through
delegates will be shipped freepost and at risk
of the recipient via parcel post.
11. The contest is valid for the FIAF and FIAP
for the year 2011.
12. These competition rules were printed in
Italian, English and French, published in the
magazine FOTOIT and included in the website

7. Chaque auteur est personnellement
responsable de l’objet des oeuvres présentées
par effet de la loi et, sauf interdiction écrite
expresse, en autorise la publication, en
mentionnant le nom de l’auteur. Avec
l’acceptation du présent règlement chaque
participant autorise le traitement des données
personnelles au sens de la loi 675/1996 et du
D.LGS. 196/2003, pour la réalisation nécessaire
à l’organisation et au déroulement du
concours. Chaque participant autorise
l’insertion de ses propres oeuvres sur le site
web du concours et sur le CD du concours que
les organisateurs pourront décider de produire.
Le Comité Organisateur du concours, s’engage
à apporter la plus grande attention aux œuvres
envoyées, mais décline toute responsabilité
pour éventuels pertes, vols ou dégâts pendant
l’exposition ou le transport.
Chaque participant recevra une copie du
catalogue illustré, en couleur, du concours
avec toutes les œuvres primées et admises et
les éventuelles étiquettes d’admission.
8. Le meilleur auteur des trois sections du
Concours sera déclaré vainqueur du prix absolu que le thème soit « Libre », « Nature »,
« Reportage », «Personnes et portraits» ou
« Mémoires de l’Humanité ». Les décisions du
jury sont sans appel et la participation au
concours implique l’acceptation du présent
règlement et des règlements FIAF et FIAP.
9. Le résultat des travaux des jurys sera en
outre communiqué par écrit à chaque
participant, il sera publié également sur le site
web du concours. Afin de faciliter la
participation à la cérémonie de la remise des
prix, le vainqueur du premier prix absolu sera
logé dans un hôtel trois étoiles pension
complète pendant deux jours.
Toutes les œuvres primées et admises seront
exposées dans une salle multi médiale
préparée pour l’occasion.
10. En raison des possibles retards postaux,
nous invitons les auteurs à envoyer les œuvres
dans les délais et de ne pas les dépasser, de
plus nous recommandons aux associations de
faire des envois collectifs.
Les colis taxés ne seront pas retirés. Les prix
qui ne seront pas retirés personnellement ou
par un délégué seront envoyés à la charge et
au risque du destinataire par colis postal.
11. Le concours est valable pour la statistique
FIAF et FIAP pour l’année 2011.
Le règlement présent a été imprimé en Italien,
Anglais et Français, publié sur le magazine
FOTOIT et est inséré sur le site web du concours
