the suffering are comforted, and Your people
are strengthened by the sacraments.

3rd Sunday of Easter:
Redeemed by Jesus, we are to turn
from sin and ask for forgiveness
when we fail, that we may be saved.
Through the Paschal Mystery, Jesus
saved the world from sin and death.
As a redeemed people and followers
of Jesus, we strive to live by His
commandments - to love God and
love our neighbour. However, Jesus
understands our weaknesses, gives
us the Holy Spirit to strengthen us, and assures us that we
will be forgiven if we repent.
3e dimanche de Pâques:
L’annonce de la
résurrection du Christ demande un esprit ouvert afin
d’accueillir cette bonne nouvelle avec foi et espérance. C’est
une révélation qui bouleverse profondément notre vie, notre
manière de la percevoir et notre manière d’agir. L’amour de
Dieu nous atteint en plein cœur grâce au pardon du Christ sur

World Day of Prayer for Vocations and St. Peter's
Seminary is making an urgent appeal for your support. Your

Seminarians on Retreat: Please keep Jamie
Soullière and all the seminarians and men in diaconate
formation in your prayers. They are in Oxley on canonical
retreat for the next few days. Also, please pray for all our
young people to be open to God's call in their lives.

Diocesan Wedding Anniversary
Mass...honoring all married couples in Southwestern
Ontario will be held Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 2:30 pm, at St.
Peter’s Cathedral Basilica in London, Ontario. Bishop
Fabbro will preside at the Mass. All married couples are
invited to attend. As Bishop Fabbro celebrates his 35th
Anniversary of Priesthood, a special invite goes out to all
couples celebrating 35 years of the Sacrament of Marriage. If
you are celebrating your 35th Anniversary please let us
know. Please call the parish office to register by April 27th.

We would like to invite everyone to a Spring Social,
to be held on Sunday, May 3rd after the 11:00 am
mass in the parish hall. Please come out and have a
coffee and enjoy some fellowship with members of
your parish family.
Seminar:
There is a grief/bereavement seminar
which will be held on Tuesday, May 12th at the
Caboto Club in Windsor. This free seminar, which
runs from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm will host Dr. Alan
Wolfelt as the guest speaker. He is very well known
for his talks on grief, so it is advised to arrive early
for seats. For anyone wishing to attend, car-pooling
can be arranged. The seminar is open to everyone.
