The Bay of Morlaix comprises a number
of small islands which are home to numerous rare bird species. The Château du
Taureau offers a close-up view of this rare
bird sanctuary.

Theatrical visit in French (TH)

This year the ‘big block of stone’ has
decided to confide all of its history to you,
from the terrible night of 1522 when the
English ransacked the city leading to the
construction of the ‘Fortress Taureau’ (literally bull fort) to today, this beautiful day in
2014 on which you have decided to visit the
castle and, wait till you hear the next bit, in
hardly 50 minutes. The tide won’t wait!
Storytelling visit in French (CO)

Last time you visited the castle perhaps you
noticed that the door at the end, the one below the balcony, half-opens, and then closes
slowly, even though there’s no wind? Have
you also noticed that the stones in the courtyard change places? Ah well that’s because
there’s a … hush, let’s not reveal our secrets,
Jean-Paul and Alan are going to sing about
this and will tell you the story soon.

visite écourtée sur le château pour des raisons indépendantes de notre volonté, le billet ne sera ni échangé, ni
remboursé. En cas de perte ou de vol du billet, celui-ci
ne sera pas remboursé. En cas d’annulation de la part de
l’organisateur ou d’impossibilité d’accoster au château,
le billet pourra être échangé selon les places disponibles
ou remboursé sur demande.
In the event of a person not showing up at the embarkation or of cutting short his or her visit for reasons through no fault of our own, the ticket will not
be refunded or exchanged. Lost or stolen tickets will
not be reimbursed. In the event of cancellation by the
organiser or if the boat is unable to dock at the castle,
the ticket will be exchanged, subject to availability, or
simply reimbursed.

slipways can be slippery! Take care!

disembarkation difficult, particularly for

• Access to certain areas is regulated for safety reasons. Keep young children close by.

Taureau. Please use the facilities at the
embarkation ports or on the boats.
