Christmas List 2013 PDF

Welcome to The List: 2013 Edition. I hope this document finds you in good spirits.
This year I’m experimenting with an altogether new concept. One that the world has
never seen in such a list. One that will prove to shock, awe and spread joy
throughout the land.
I call it minimalism.
Or … as minimalist as a person like me (one who hopes to one day amass the
world’s largest Gucci loafer collection) can get.
So we’ll call it minimalist eccentricity.
Any WhoVille,I write this list for numerous reasons. To rouse a smile. To inspire. To
stimulate your Christmas senses. To start a fire under the proverbial holiday bum.
But most of all: To inform.
So go snuggle by the fire. Nom some gingerbread. Get some eggnog – or some
wine (this is a judgment-free list). Now scroll down.

Bienvenue à La Liste: L’édition 2013. J’espère que ce document vous trouve en
forme. Cette année, j’expérimente avec une complètement nouvelle idée, dont le
monde n’a jamais vu dans ses épreuves de cette liste-ci. Elle va choquer, sidérer et
répandre de la joie partout.
Je l’appelle le minimalisme.
Ben … aussi minimaliste qu’une personne comme moi (qui a envie d’amasser un
jour la plus grande collection de mocassins Gucci du monde) peut être.
Donc on l’appellera « le minimalisme excentrique ».
De toute façon (à WhoVille bien sûr), j’écris cette liste pour de nombreuses raisons.
Pour susciter un sourire. Pour inspirer. Pour stimuler vos sens de Noël. Pour allumer
le feu sous le cul proverbial de fête. Mais surtout : Afin de vous faire savoir.
Allez, installez-vous à côte du feu. Mangez du pain d’épices. Prenez de l’eggnog
(c’est une boisson bizarre pour laquelle on craque aux Etats-Unis – laissez tomber)
– ou bon du vin. Maintenant, faites défiler vers le bas.
P.-S. Il fallait que j’écrive la première partie en anglais, pour faire plaisir les
Américains.
