Throughout Le French GourMay, from 1st to 31st May 2016, more than 110 restaurants in Hong
Kong and Macau will join the festival to create gastronomic feasts with the theme of Alsace. To
further complement this unique culinary experience, the menus are specifically paired with Alsace
wines.
