ACCOMMODATION
LIST OF HOTELS
Concerning the accommodation during the EURO PVM/MPI
conference, Dakini Conseil has booked rooms for participants in
various hotels from the 29th of September 2007 until the 3rd of
October 2007 (4 nights). All of these hotels are located around the
conference’s stage. See the city map below in order to locate them in
relation to the conference stage. Rates indicated are in Euros per
person and per night and include taxes, service and French VAT.
Due to the fact that the congress takes place during the
Rugby world cup, we can not insure your bookings passed
the dates of option mentioned for each hotel.

Hôtel Doisy Etoile***- Option until 08/29/2007

The hotel is ideally located at two steps of the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs
Elysées and with 5 minutes of the Palais des Congrès and the Porte Maillot. Very
easily accessible by foot from Paris centre.
Access: RER line A – Stop Etoile - 10 min. by foot to the conference site

The hotel is situated in the heart of Paris, in the 8th district, 10 minutes from the
Opera, the Sacré Coeur and the St Lazare Station. The hotel will be happy to
welcome you in one of its 35 comfortable bedrooms, with satellite television,
bathroom, hairdryer and telephone.

Located in the heart of La Defense, close to the CNIT Exhibition Centre and the
Arche De La Defense. With a metro station at 100 m, Paris and its Convention
Centre, Arc De Triomphe, Champs Elysees, etc. is just 10 min from the hotel.

In the very heart of Paris, between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, near
the Champ-de-Mars gardens and the Alexander III bridge, the Saint
Dominique Hotel is a few steps away from the Seine, touristic spots and
business centres.

HOTEL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITION
Booking, payment and confirmation policy
Step 1: Booking form and deposit payment
Hotel bookings are accepted and confirmed only with the completed Hotel booking
form accompanied by the deposit payment: 1 night + administrative fees. The
booking form and the respective payment in Euro must be sent together according
to your specific request by the specific date of option of each hotel (see
above descriptions). Passed this deadline, it can not be guaranteed that rooms
will still be available in the hotel you request.
Hotel allocation and reservations will be made on a first come-first served basis,
upon receipt of this form by mail at Dakini Conseil – 6/8 rue du 4 septembre – F66 600 Rivesaltes or fax : + 33 4 68 52 79 47.
DAKINI CONSEIL will send a written confirmation (voucher) within 10 days,
confirming the name of the hotel and detailed costs for the accommodation
according to the hotel booked, the type of room, the length of the stay. It will also
specify the balance due.
Step 2: Voucher and payment of the balance
Upon arrival at the hotel, your confirmation letter (voucher) must be presented at
the front desk of the hotel. The balance due has to be settled directly to the
hotelier at the end of your stay with any other expenses made during the stay.
Payment
All payments should be made in EUROS (payments in any other currency will not
be accepted) by the following procedures ONLY:
1/ By credit card: Visa, Master/Eurocard filling out the hotel booking form.
No other credit card will be accepted.
OR
2/ By checks in Euros : Enclose personal or company check in favour of “DAKINI
CONSEIL”, and send to DAKINI CONSEIL - 6, rue du 4 Septembre, 66 600
Rivesaltes – France.
Please note that Eurocheque are not accepted.

Cancellation
Cancellations or the necessity to shorten a stay must be notified by writing only,
and must be sent to Dakini Conseil.
Cancellation fees
Until the date of the option of the hotel chosen: administrative fees will be retained
Passed this date: 100% of the deposit will be retained
