kranen, enz. die geen uitdaging uit de weg gaan. Om dit hoogtechnologisch machinepark in topconditie te houden investeren we in een eigen
volledig uitgeruste serviceafdeling met gekwalificeerd personeel, zodat
down-time tot een minimum herleid wordt.

machines compte plus de 1 000 camions, bulldozers, camions surbaissés,
tombereaux, grues, etc. prêts à relever tous les défis. Pour maintenir ce parc
de machines de haute technologie en état de fonctionnement, nous investissons dans notre propre service d’entretien et de réparation. Nous engageons du personnel qualifié afin de réduire les temps d’arrêt au minimum.

Onze vloot
Sinds 1964 is Aertssen actief in grondverzet en met trots kunnen we
zeggen dat we ons succesvol gediversifieerd hebben in weg- en waterbouw,
sanerings- en recyclage activiteiten. Waar het kan, passen we nieuwe
methodes toe om sneller en efficiënter te werken. Ook de mogelijkheden
voor hergebruik van uitgegraven gronden worden optimaal benut.
Expertise troef
Naast onze capaciteit is eveneens onze passie voor bouwkunde belangrijk. Zo waren we betrokken bij het uitgraven van het Centraal Station
Antwerpen, hebben we wegen, parkings en HST- beddingen aangelegd,
hebben we meegewerkt aan de Liefkenshoektunnel, het Deurganckdok,
enz. Verder waren we ook betrokken bij het ­natuurherstel op diverse terreinen en met de sanering van verlaten industrieterreinen.

Aertssen est actif depuis 1964 dans le secteur de terrassements et c’est
avec beaucoup de fierté que nous pouvons affirmer que nous nous
sommes diversifiés avec fruit dans les travaux de construction de routes et
d’ouvrages hydrauliques, de réhabilitation et de recyclage. Dès que nous
en avons la possibilité, nous recourons à de nouvelles méthodes pour travailler plus rapidement et plus efficacement. Nous exploitons également
au mieux les possibilités de recyclage de terre.
Expertise
En plus de notre capacité, nous vous offrons également notre passion
pour la construction. Nous avons par exemple participé aux terrassements réalisés à l’occasion des travaux de la gare centrale d’Anvers, nous
avons construit des routes, des parkings et des assises du TGV, nous
avons collaboré au tunnel du Liefkenshoek, au Deurganckdok, etc. Nous
avons en outre œuvré à la réhabilitation de milieux naturels et de terrains
industriels.

Since 1964, Aertssen has been active in earth moving and we are proud
to say that we have successfully diversified in road and waterway building,
decontamination and recycling activities. Where possible, we adapt new
methods to work faster and more efficiently. Possibilities for the reuse of
excavated soil will also be optimally used.
Our know-how asset

Onze vloot
Aertssen Kranen beschikt over een uiterst moderne vloot hijskranen van 25
tot 700 ton capaciteit, vrachtwagens en hijsmiddelen. Verder beschikken
wij ook over de nodige vrachtwagens en hydraulische platform wagens.
Naast de verhuur van hijskranen en het uitvoeren van verticaal en horizontaal transport, bieden we een integrale dienstverlening bij hijsprojecten

Onze bulldozers, diepladers, dumpers, kranen, enz. worden dagelijks
blootgesteld aan de zwaarste werkomstandigheden. Om down-time van
ons materiaal te reduceren, beschikken we over onze eigen serviceafdeling. Met een uitgebreide werkplaats, volledig uitgeruste servicewagens en
gekwalificeerd personeel kunnen we storingen zelf opsporen en oplossen.
Wanneer nodig wordt een beroep gedaan op de diensten van dealers en
gespecialiseerde bedrijven.
Inkoop en logistiek
Aertssen Services verzorgt ook de inkoop van wisselstukken en werfmateriaal en zorgt ervoor dat ze op de juiste werven in binnen- en buitenland
terechtkomen. In ons magazijn zijn de nodige filters en wisselstukken
voorradig zodat een herstelling vlug en efficiënt kan gebeuren. Vooral preventief onderhoud zorgt ervoor dat ons rollend materieel blijft rijden!
Onze werkplaats
Onze eigen werkplaats is uitgerust met diagnoseputten van 30 meter
lengte om de grootste voertuigen te kunnen inspecteren en herstellen. Een
remmentestbank zorgt voor een degelijke afstelling van de remmen van
de vrachtwagens en hijskranen. Om demontages bij herstellingen vlot te
laten verlopen zijn er rolbruggen geïnstalleerd van 20 ton hefvermogen.
Daarnaast wordt alle las- en constructiewerk zelf uitgevoerd in een aparte
laswerkplaats met richtbank.
Nos bulldozers, camions surbaissés, tombereaux, grues, etc. sont quotidiennement exposés aux conditions de travail les plus extrêmes. Afin de réduire le
temps d’arrêt du matériel, nous disposons de notre propre service de réparation et d’entretien. Grâce à notre immense atelier, nos véhicules d’entretien
entièrement équipés et notre personnel qualifié, nous sommes en mesure
de détecter et résoudre nous-mêmes les problèmes. En cas de besoin,
nous faisons également appel aux services de distributeurs et d’entreprises
spécialisés.
Achat et logistique
Aertssen Services se charge également de l’achat de pièces détachées
et de matériel de chantier et veille à ce que tout arrive sur les chantiers
adéquats aussi bien en Belgique qu’à l’étranger. Nous disposons des
filtres et pièces de rechange nécessaires en stock dans notre entrepôt afin
que la réparation se déroule rapidement et efficacement. C’est grâce à
nos entretiens préventifs que notre matériel roulant reste en bon état de
fonctionnement !
Notre atelier
Notre atelier est équipé de fosses de 30 mètres de long pour pouvoir
inspecter et réparer les véhicules les plus grands. Un bloc de test pour les
freins garantit un réglage adéquat des freins des camions et des engins de
levage. Nous disposons également de ponts roulants d’une puissance de
levage de 20 tonnes pour faciliter le démontage en cas de réparation.
En outre, tous les travaux de soudure et de construction s’effectuent par
nos soins dans un atelier de soudure distinct équipé de machines à dresser
les tôles.
Our bulldozers, low-loaders, dump trucks, cranes, etc. are exposed to the
most severe working conditions on a daily basis. To reduce the downtime
of our equipment, we have our own service department. With an extended
work area, fully equipped service trucks and qualified personnel, we are
able to detect and rectify problems ourselves. When necessary, we call on
the services of dealers and specialized firms.
Our workplace
Our own workplace is equipped with diagnosis points of 30 metres in
length to enable us to inspect and repair our largest vehicles. A brake test
bank ensures the reliable adjustment of truck and hoisting crane brake
systems. In order to allow repairs to take place as smoothly as possible,
roller bridges are installed with a lifting capacity of 20 tons. Furthermore,
all welding and construction work is performed in a separate welding
workplace with straightening machine.
Purchase and logistics
Aertssen Services also takes care of the purchasing of spare parts and site
equipment and sees to it that they are delivered to the right place at the
right time at home and abroad. Our warehouse has the necessary filters
and spare parts to allow fast, efficient repairs. Above all, preventive maintenance sees to it that our rolling stock keeps on rolling!
