DESCRIPTION & MISSION
IT Operations management is the department in charge of the operational run of IT infrastructure
and processes (incidents, change, security, user rights, quality,). It is also involved into projects from
other departments related to infrastructure and processes.
You will be responsible for the management of different ITprovider:
 Collaborating with IT Projects of Caceis Bank Deutschland and desired providers in particular
with regards to IT Infrastructure requirements ;
 Developing relationships between IT Provider and the IT Department ;
 Conducting regular provider meetings in collaboration with the technical experts ;
 Performing regular controls and on-site audits of IT provider ;
 Regular reporting to management.
COMPETENCES REQUISES



Niveau d'études minimum : Bac + 5 / M2 et plus
Academic qualification: Business School, University.
o Speciality: Management, IT.
Niveau d'expérience minimum : 0 – 2 ans





Expérience :
o Experience in service provider's management ;
o Experience on software as a service contracts ;
o Knowledge of Business/ Banking IT infrastructure.
Hards skills :
o Stakeholder management skills (Internal & External) ;
o Good knowledge of practices for IT Services Management (ITIL, related ISO / IEC
Standards) ;
o Basic knowledge of common IT architectures and their modes of operation in
particular UNIX-based server systems, Microsoft technologies.
Soft skills :
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ;
o Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a minimum of
supervision.
Outils informatiques : MS Office, OS (Windows, Unix)
Langues :
o English: fluent
o German: notions
