Description
For rent is a furnished house with 4.5 rooms and approx. 127 sqm located in
Weil am Rhein. This house provides enough space for 2-3 people. It has an open
and one-step-up living and kitchen area with access to personal garden. Living
room area is furnished with couch, dining table, cabinet and TV (cable). The
kitchen area is one-step up and is completely equipped and newly furnished. On
the next floor is a bedroom with double bed (1.6 m wide), wardrobe and chest of
drawers. There is also another room furnished with a large desk which may be
used as office space. On the next floor are two bathrooms, one with bathtub
and one with shower. Further there is a spacious room with bed couch and child
bed. Guest toilet is available. Monthly rent is EUR 1900,00 including all utility
costs for two adults and one child. Cleaning service and final cleaning service will
be charged with EUR 15.00 per hour. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
Garage as well as bike storage area on the large area in front of the house is
available. Here may also be used the seating area. GEZ and garbage pick-up fees
are included in monthly rent. Extra is a basic garbage fee. Internet and
telephone hook-up are available.
