Poser le volume bombé sur une table et
appliquer le manipulateur sur le verre
perpendiculairement à l'axe de courbure.
Put the curved panel on a table and apply
the cup lifter perpendicular to the
curvature axis.
-2Première ventouse : appliquer fermement
le contour du caoutchouc sur le verre.
First cup : apply firmly the rubber outline
on the glass or panel.
-3Actionner le levier sans relâcher la
pression sur le caoutchouc et la coupe.
Operate the lever, while pressing on the
cup and rubber.

The first cup is fixed.

Ajuster la deuxième coupe pour que son
appui soit le plus tangent au verre
bombé.
Apply the second cup so that it is
tangential to the glass or panel.
-6cf.2 : presser le contour du caoutchouc
en ses 2 extrémités dans le plan du
bombé.
Same as 2 : press firmly the rubber
outline on both ends on the curvature
plane.
-7cf.3 : tout en maintenant plaqué le
caoutchouc, presser la coupe et actionner
le levier.
Same as 3 : Operate the lever, while
pressing firmly on the cup and rubber.
-8Le manipulateur à ventouses est fixé.
The suction cup is fixed.
-9Avant manutention s'assurer une dernière
fois de la bonne fixation des 2 coupes en
exerçant une traction forte par à-coups.
Before handling, be sure that the 2 cups
are correctly fixed by exercising strong
intermittent tractions.

Surfaces propres, lisses et non poreuses.
