Facilitation of partnership consensus on relevant guidance documents, tools, and other technical inputs to the planning process and methods, and provision of such documents and tools to country strategic planning teams 2. Provision of technical assistance in developing plans/roadmap for the development of NMSPs, 3. Facilitation and coordination of technical assistance during the malaria program review and NMSP development process at country level, and 4.
