How to apply your hydrating cream
I have eczema and dry skin.
What should I do?
The hydrating emollient
cream nourishes and
repairs your skin
Put it on your body every
day, but avoid the red, oozing
patches of eczema
Remember
to wash your
hands first
Put a fair amount
of cream into
your hand
Warm up the cream
by gently rubbing your
hands together
In a circular motion,
apply the cream to both
cheeks without rubbing
This will help the
cream to spread more
easily onto your skin
Have someone
help you for
your back
Your tummy
and your legs

For the red, oozing patches of eczema,
put on your topical corticosteroid
