L’intégration du LABORATOIRE
KEMESYS dans le groupe TECHNIC en 2013,
a
permis à notre Laboratoire, ces dernières années, de se développer en France
et à l’international .
La présence mondiale du groupe a accéléré, sans aucun doute,
la croissance de nos activités sous-traitance sur les marchés Nord Américains et Asiatiques.
L’activité de fabrication de produits cosmétiques étant en fort développement et représentant
un
potentiel de marché important au sein du groupe TECHNIC , nous sommes très fiers de vous
annoncer qu’à partir du 01 Décembre 2015 l’activité cosmétique de TECHNIC est regroupée dans la
société NEO COSMETIQUE SAS- filiale à 100% du groupe TECHNIC.
Toute l’équipe de NEO COSMETIQUE continue de consacrer son énergie et son savoir-faire à un
métier passionnant – la création de produits de beauté et de dispositifs médicaux . Notre ambition
pour les années à venir est de séduire de nouveaux clients à travers le monde en leur offrant des
produits de plus en plus innovants, alliant qualité, efficacité et sécurité, Made in France.

The integration of LABORATOIRE KEMESYS in the TECHNIC Group in 2013, has enabled our
Laboratory to develop its activity in France and in other countries. The worldwide presence of the
group has definitely accelerated the growth of our Private Label business on the North American and
Asian markets.
Our Cosmetics business experienced a good development in the TECHNIC group and represent
today a significant business potential. We are very proud to announce that starting from December
1st, 2015 the cosmetics business of Technic France has been gathered in a newly created fully owned
subsidiary ofTECHNIC Group : the NEO COSMETIQUE SAS company.
All NEO COSMETIQUE team continues to devote its energy and expertise to an exciting job
creating great cosmetics and medical devices. Our ambition for the coming years is to attract new
customers around the world by providing more innovative products, combining quality, effectiveness
and safety, Made in France.
