Inspections, precautionary measure and restrictions of the area of applicatiobn
The clamp must be inspected by a qualified expert before initial operation and any deficiencies
rectified. It must be subjected to regular inspections in conformity to EN 13155 (VBG 9a). To avoid
overloads, determine the weight of the load beforehand and compare it to the rated capacity indicated
on the manufacturer's nameplate.
Do not stand beneath suspended loads!
Maintenance and lubrication
Touch up any damaged spots on the coat of lacquer to prevent corrosion. Apply a small amount of oil
to all joints and sliding surfaces. Clean the clamp if it gets very dirty.
Monitoring and repair
Do not use the clamp if it exhibits signs of wear and tear which require maintenance or exchange of
worn parts.
Major repairs have to be carried out by the manufacturer or supplier.
Repairs may only be carried out by qualified persons. Replacement parts are available from the
manufacturer or supplier.

Cette notice d’utilisation décrit le principe de fonctionnement des crochets pour fourches TZH.

Installer le crochet TZH sur la fourche du gerbeur et bloquer le en position à l’aide des deux vis (voir
schéma).

Toujours vérifier que l’utilisation du crochet est conforme au
diagramme présent sur le gerbeur!
Eviter que la charge se balance!
Ne jamais tirer une charge en biais à l’aide du crochet, utiliser le
exclusivement en levage vertical!
Inspections, précaution à prendre et restriction des zones d’utilisation.
Les pinces doivent être inspectées par une personne qualifiée avant la première utilisation.
L’inspection doit démontrer que la pince est conforme à la norme EN 13155 (VBG 9a). Afin d’éviter un
risque de surcharge du crochet, vérifier avant le poids de la charge à suspendre, elle doit être
conforme à la capacité du crochet indiqué sur la plaque constructeur.
Ne jamais passer ou stationner sous une charge en suspension!
Maintenance et lubrification
Vérifier que la plaque de renfort (qui est en contacte avec la fourche) n’est pas usée, corrodée ou
détérioré. Appliquer une fine couche de graisse sur toutes les parties en contacte avec les fourches et
sur les joints. Nettoyer le crochet régulièrement.
Vérification et réparation
Ne jamais utiliser le crochet, s’il présente des signes d’usure nécessitant une réparation ou un
changement de pièce.
Si la réparation d’un crochet exige de lourde modification, seul le fabriquant est capable de la réparé.
Les réparations peuvent être effectuées que par des personnes qualifiées. N’utiliser que des pièces
détachées d’origine TIGRIP pour les remplacements.
