Les soumissionnaires doivent visiter les lieux des travaux. Les soumissionnaires peuvent visiter
les lieux par eux-mêmes. Toutefois, les soumissionnaires visitant les lieux par eux-mêmes ne
sont autorisés qu’à visiter les endroits normalement accessibles au public. Sur demande, les
soumissionnaires peuvent également visiter les lieux en compagnie d’un représentant du
Propriétaire en prenant rendez-vous avec l’Agent d’approvisionnement du Propriétaire.
Vous êtes tenus de souscrire uniquement le cahier de soumission; les autres documents sont
fournis seulement à titre documentaire et afin d'indiquer les conditions contractuelles à
l'adjudicataire.

THE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, a
body corporate having its Head Office at the City of Ottawa, province of Ontario and its chief
place of business at Longueuil, Province of Québec, Canada, established by the St. Lawrence
Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of Her Majesty in
right of Canada (hereafter referred to as "Owner").
The Tender Documents for project 500 are available directly from WKH

Please fill out the Tender form (Section 4) according to Instructions (Section 2).
Please return five (5) copies of your Tender Form in an envelope large enough to
hold the original and copies of the bid and shall append thereon the label
supplied with the documents.
Office business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:15 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:30.
No tender received after the said date and time will be accepted by the Owner. The time and
date of receipt will be considered to be the date and time affixed by the Owner on the tender
envelope.
The present Contract consists in providing an exclusive towing service and roadside assistance
on the -DFTXHV&DUWLHU bridgeDQGWKHLUDSSURDFKHV, in Montréal, Québec.

Tenderers must visit the work site. Tenderers can visit the site by themselves. However,
tenderers visiting the site by themselves are only permitted to visit sites normally accessible to
the general public. On demand, Tenderers can visit the work site with the Owner
representative by taking appointment with the Procurement Agent of the Owner.
In order to receive an English version of the tender documents, bidders must first order
the French version of the tender documents and then contact the Procurement Agent of
the Owner DW RIIUHV#SMFFLFD. The English version of the tender documents will
thereafter be forwarded to you at no extra costs.
To be considered, the tender must be in accordance with the specifications and must be
accompanied by the security Vpecified therein.
The Owner does not bind itself to accept any tender.
