Fucus and Laminaria digatata are found
in Brittany. They contain a various range
of mineral salts and organic iodine.

DIRECTIONS
Mix 200 g of powder with 400 ml
of warm water until you get a
homogeneous paste. Apply it
directly to the body. Wrap the
customer in a plastic sheet then a
warming blanket.
Duration of care: from 15 to 30
minutes.
Lithothamnium looks like coral. It lives
on the seabed from 10 to 30 meters
deep.
Lithothamnium provides magnesium calcium
and a lot of marine trace elements.
