This storage rack must be placed on a level surface. Failure
to do so can result in unit failure, poor product performance
or a possible safety hazard.

Do not use this product for anything other than the
manufacturer's intended purpose. Do not stand on
the unit or use it as a ladder!
Evenly distribute the weight on each shelf and keep the
heaviest loads on the bottom shelf.
Use care when working with metal parts. The use of safety
gloves is strongly recommended.
It is recommended that at least two people assemble
the unit together.

STEP 1: ATTACH THE FIRST BEAM TO THE END FRAMES
Use the length of the beam to establish the placement of the right and left end frames,
and the width of the unit.
Place the first beam near the bottom of each end frame (figure 1).
Tap the beam down at both ends with a rubber mallet to help drive the beam end clip tabs
into the end frame post slots to secure the beam to the end frame (insert 1).
Repeat for the beam on the other side of the unit.

IF THE BEAM END CLIPS BECOME BENT DUE TO MISHANDLING, IT
MAY BE NECESSARY TO ADJUST THEM BACK TO THEIR PROPER FORM.

STEP 2: ATTACH THE REMAINING BEAMS TO THE END FRAMES
Attach the next beam near the top of the unit using the same method as in step 1 (figure 2).
Repeat for the beam on the other side of the unit.
Continue attaching the four remaining beams until all beams are attached (figure 3).
The beams should be evenly spaced for maximum stability.

STEP 3: ATTACH TIE BARS TO THE BEAMS
Tie bars are used to assist with heavy loads. Each level should have two (2) tie bars (figure 4).
Align the holes in each tie bar to the holes located on the bottom inside edge of the beam.
Use the provided nuts and bolts to properly fasten each tie bar to the beam (insert 4).

STEP 4: PLACE THE WIRE RACKS ON EACH LEVEL
After all the beams and ties are in place, place two (2) wire racks on each level (figure 5).
Push each wire rack down until it is secure (insert 5).

STEP 5: SECURE THE BEAMS TO THE FRAME ENDS WITH THE PUSH CLIPS
Place a push clip into each of the two (2) holes in the beam end clip (figure 6 and insert 6).
Tap each push clip with the rubber mallet to drive the push clip into the hole of the end frame
and secure the beam to the end frame.

This product is warranted to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under
residential use for a period of one year from date of purchase. If the unit should fail to operate
correctly, call customer service at 1-800-459-4409 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to
5:00 pm EST) or contact us through our web site at www.qualitycraft.com. Proof of purchase
is required for all claims. The company’s sole obligation is to repair or replace the unit.
This warranty is void if in the opinion of Quality Craft the unit has been incorrectly assembled,
altered, taken apart, misused or abused.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
If a claimable defect occurs, please fill out a claim form through our website at:
www.qualitycraft.com or contact our customer service department at 1-800-459-4409.
Before you make your claim call, please make sure you have:
1. The description of the storage rack
2. Proof of sale
3. Details regarding the defect
4. Name and address of the owner and installer.
Claims must be filled out in writing and returned within six (6) months of appearance of
defect. Failure to comply with this stipulation will make the warranty null and void. We reserve
the right to a thirty-day (30) delay following receipt of claim in which to inspect the product.
We assume no responsibility for labor costs or removing/replacing a previously installed
product or transportation or return of a product.

Cette étagère de stockage doit être placée sur une surface
plane. Tout manquement à cette consigne peut mener à la
défaillance de l'unité, un mauvais rendement ou un possible
risque d'accident.
Ne pas utiliser ce produit pour une utilisation autre que celle
prévue par le fabricant. Ne pas monter sur l'unité ou l'utiliser
comme une échelle!
Répartir le poids sur chaque tablette et garder les charges
les plus lourdes sur la tablette du bas.
Faire attention lorsque vous travaillez avec des pièces
métalliques. Le port de gants de sécurité est fortement
recommandé.
Il est recommandé qu'au moins deux personnes assemblent
l'unité ensemble.

ÉTAPE 1: FIXER LA PREMIÈRE TRAVERSE AUX CADRES D'EXTRÉMITÉ
Se baser sur la longueur de la traverse pour établir l'emplacement des cadres d'extrémité
de droite et de gauche et la largeur de l'unité.
Placer la première traverse vers le bas de chaque cadre d'extrémité (figure 1).
À l'aide d'un maillet en caoutchouc, taper vers le bas sur les deux extrémités de la traverse
pour aider à conduire les languettes d'attache dans les fentes sur les montants du cadre
d'extrémité afin de fixer la traverse au cadre d'extrémité (insertion 1).
Répéter pour la traverse de l'autre côté de l'unité.

ÉTAPE 2: FIXER LES TRAVERSES RESTANTES AUX CADRES D'EXTRÉMITÉ
Fixer la traverse suivante vers le haut de l'unité en utilisant la même méthode que dans
l'étape 1 (figure 2). Répéter pour la traverse de l'autre côté de l'unité.
Continuer de fixer les quatre traverses restantes jusqu'à ce que toutes les traverses soient
fixées (figure 3). Les traverses doivent être régulièrement espacées pour une stabilité maximale.

ÉTAPE 3: FIXER LES BARRES DE LIAISON AUX TRAVERSES
Les barres de liaison sont utilisées pour aider à soutenir les charges lourdes. Chaque niveau
doit avoir deux barres de liaison (2) (figure 4).
Aligner les trous dans chaque barre de liaison avec les trous situés au bas du bord intérieur
de la traverse.
Utiliser les écrous et les boulons fournis pour correctement fixer chaque barre de liaison
à la traverse (insertion 4).

ÉTAPE 4: PLACER LES TABLETTES EN FIL MÉTALLIQUE SUR CHAQUE NIVEAU
Une fois que toutes les traverses et les barres de liaison sont en place, placer deux
(2) tablettes en fil métallique à chaque niveau (figure 5).
Enfoncer chaque tablette en fil métallique jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit sécurisée (insertion 5).

ÉTAPE 5: SÉCURISER LES TRAVERSES AUX CADRES D'EXTRÉMITÉS
AU MOYEN DES CLAVETTES DE FIXATION
Placer une clavette de fixation dans chacun des deux (2) trous dans la languette d'attache
de la traverse (figure 6 et insertion 6).
Taper sur chaque clavette de fixation avec un maillet en caoutchouc afin de conduire
la clavette de fixation à travers le trou du cadre d'extrémité et de fixer la traverse
au cadre d'extrémité.
