Titulaire d’un MA en finance de
l’Université d’Édimbourg (2001) et
d’un DESS de finance d’entreprise
de l’Université Paris IX – Dauphine
(2002), Laurent Bénard débute sa
carrière en 2001 en tant qu’analyste
au département LBO de la Bank of
Scotland à Paris. Il rejoint Capzanine
en 2004. He is becoming Partner
at Capzanine. Holder of an MA in
finance from the University of
Edinburgh (2001) and a DESS
(postgraduate diploma) in business
finance from the Université Paris
IX – Dauphine (2002), Laurent
Bénard began his career in 2001
as Analyst in the LBO division of
the Bank of Scotland in Paris. He
joined Capzanine in 2004.

RAMON MELGAREJO
Il est promu président de Dow France ainsi que d’autres entités
du groupe en France. Directeur général de Dow AgroSciences
(DAS) pour l’Europe du Sud jusqu’à l’été 2011, il succède à JeanPierre Brochand, qui a pris d’autres responsabilités au sein
du groupe. Ingénieur agronome diplômé de l’Université polytechnique de Madrid, Ramon Melgarejo débute sa carrière
en 1981 en tant que directeur des ventes pour la division agricole
de BP. Il rejoint Dow en 1986 à Madrid au poste de directeur des
ventes de DAS avant de prendre en 1992 la direction des activités
insecticides, fongicides et fumigants qu’il développe, entre autres,
en Amérique Latine. De 1995 à 1997, il est en poste à Bologne pour
diriger DAS Italie. Il part ensuite à Indianapolis pour prendre la tête
des activités herbicides de DAS. En 2001, il est nommé directeur
général de DAS pour l’Europe du Sud. He has been appointed
President of Dow France as well as other Group entities in France.
Commercial Director of Dow AgroSciences (DAS) Southern Europe
until summer 2011, he succeeds Jean-Pierre Brochand who has
taken on other responsibilities within the group. Graduating in
agricultural engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid,
Ramon Melgarejo started his career in 1981 as Sales Manager for
the Agricultural division of BP. He joined Dow in 1986 in Madrid as
Director of Sales of DAS, before taking over, in 1992, insecticide,
fungicide and fumigant activities that he developed in various
regions including Latin America. From 1995 to 1997, he managed
DAS Italy in Bologna. He then was posted to Indianapolis where he
took charge of herbicide activities for DAS. In 2001, he was
appointed General Manager of DAS for Southern Europe.

GWÉNAËLLE L’HÉNORET
Elle est promue directrice marketing Europe d’Arc International
sous la responsabilité directe
d’Oliver Hasler, directeur général
de la région. Diplômée de l’ESSEC,
Gwénaëlle L’Hénoret, 37 ans,
débute sa carrière au sein d’Arc
International en 1999 en tant que
chef de produit, puis chef de marque
pour Salviati et enfin comme chef
de projet de la licence Kenzo.
Dès 2005, elle intègre l’équipe
marketing Luminarc comme chef
de produit verrerie, puis vaisselle,

et enfin chef de marque Luminarc.
Depuis 2010, elle était, au sein de
la direction marketing Europe,
chef de groupe du segment de la
vaisselle pour les marques Luminarc,
Arcoroc et Chef & Sommelier. She
has been promoted to become
Marketing Director Europe for Arc
International, reporting to Oliver
Hasler, Chief Executive for the
region. A graduate of ESSEC,
Gwénaëlle L’Hénoret, 37 years
old, began her career at Arc
International in 1999 as Product
Manager, then Brand Manager for
Salviati, and finally Project Manager
for the Kenzo licence. In 2005, she
joined the Luminarc marketing team
as Product Manager for Glassware,
then Dinnerware, and Brand Manager
for Luminarc. Since 2010, she has
been in the Marketing division for
Europe, and Dinnerware Group
Director for the Luminarc, Arcoroc
and Chef & Sommelier brands.

jusqu’à présent directeur général
