When the company started in 1980, the production was based on loan license. But later on in 1990,
a class of touch was provided when Osho Pharma Pvt. Ltd. established its own production unit and
launched a new range of products.
Right now the company has a versatile formulation factory with an ultra modernized plant having a
space of 2200 sq. mts. and constructed area of 20000 sq. ft.
This plant is designed in order to standardize the quality of products as per the international quality
requirements and CGMP. It is based at Vatwa, Ahmedabad, one of largest industrial belts in western
India.
The company has developed and marketed more than 250 products to several clients Domestically
and Internationally. R&D is the driving force for Osho Pharma to achieve its vision.
Production
Manufacturing facilities at OSHO comprises of automated machines operated by highly qualified
personnel. The production premises are of international quality requirement and as per CGMP
compliance. We manufacture a wide range of products which keeps on expanding on regular basis. This
product range includes Antibiotics

Finest available raw materials go into the manufacturing of these products. Our Herbal Products are
manufactured at a separate plant as per Schedule 'T' under strict quality control in compliance with
GMP and ISO 9001:2000 Standard.

We are committed to quality. Quality Control checks are implemented in compliance with WHO GMP
norms and Revised Schedule 'M'. The analysis is done as per the B.P./E.P., U.S.P., etc. Standards.
Our Modern Quality Control Labs and Microbiology Department are provided with the most high-tech
equipments and well-trained personnel, assuring the required quality analysis. Quality is assured through
validation techniques, strict adherence to SOPs, controlled levels of impurities and study of stability,
shelf-life and degradation.
Inspections by SGS and other recognized agencies are carried out as per the requirements before
shipment.
