Die Deckung des vom Arzt verschriebenen Kuraufenthaltes wird von den Krankenkassen
im Rahmen der Zusatzversicherung teilweise anerkannt. Der Gast ist dringend gebeten,
vor seinem Aufenthalt abzuklären, ob und in welchem Umfang die Pflegeleistungen,
Medikamente, Labor und allenfalls auch die Pensionskosten übernommen werden.
Die Kosten für ärztlich verordnete Physiotherapien werden direkt mit der Krankenkasse abgerechnet.
Rechnungen für ärztliche Konsultationen werden an die Wohnadresse der Gäste gesandt und sind von der
Krankenkasse gedeckt.
Der Gast bezahlt beim Austritt die Rechnung vollumfänglich und wendet sich danach an seine Krankenkasse
für eine eventuelle Rückerstattung.
Depot:
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt bitten wir die Gäste, ein Depot von CHF 800.00
Annullierungskosten:
€ 535
pro Woche zu leisten.
In folgenden Fällen werden drei Tage verrechnet:
wenn die Reservation kurzfristig rückgängig gemacht wird (weniger als 6 Tage vor der Anreise);
bei vorzeitiger Abreise;

Il soggiorno di cura prescritto dal medico è in parte coperto dalle casse malati nell’ambito delle assicurazioni
complementari private. L’ospite in cura è pregato di chiarire, prima dell’arrivo, se e in quale misura saranno
rimborsati i costi del soggiorno, medicamenti e analisi.
La nota della fisioterapia, delle prestazioni infermieristiche, ordinate dal medico sarranno trasmesse
direttamente alla cassa malati. L’onorario medico sarà inviato al domicilio dell’ospite ed è coperto dalle casse
malati.
L’ospite salda, al momento della partenza, la fattura globale per il suo soggiorno compreso di
medicamenti ed analisi e si rivolge poi alla sua cassa malati per il rimborso stabilito.
Deposito:
Per soggiorni di lunga durata tutti i clienti sono pregati di lasciare un deposito di CHF 800.00
Spese d’annullamento:
Saranno conteggiati tre giorni se:
- la prenotazione è annullata a breve scadenza (meno di 6 giorni dall'arrivo);
- partenza anticipata; - non ci si presenta alla data prevista

Le séjour de soin prescrit par un médecin est reconnu par les caisses maladies dans le cadre des assurances
complémentaires. Le curiste est prié de s'informer, avant son arrivée, si et dans quelle mesure les prestations
infirmières, les médicaments, les analyses et les coûts du séjour seront remboursés par sa caisse maladie.
La note de la physiothérapie prescrite par le médecin sera envoyée directement à la caisse maladie. L’honoraire
du médecin sera envoyé chez le curiste et sera remboursé par l’assurance maladie.
Le curiste est prié de payer le total de la facture pour son séjour au moment du départ. Il s’adressera
après à sa caisse maladie pour le remboursement prévu.
Acompte :
Pour tous séjours de longue durée, chaque client est prié de déposer un acompte de CHF 800.00
Frais d'annulation :
Trois jours de pension serons facturés si:
- la réservation est annulée moins de six jours avant la date prévue;
- départ avant la date prévue; - personne ne se présente à la date prévue.

Patients: our matron nurse decides on the basis of both the nursing and the medical report whether
a patient can be admitted.

Discounts cannot be accumulated with other special rates and are applicable
only to “bed and breakfast” prices.

The costs of the medically prescribed cure may be partly covered by the complimentary
(Swiss) health insurance. We highly recommend therefore that our patients, previous
to their arrival, check with their health insurance whether and to what extent the nursing
costs, pharmaceuticals, costs of laboratory analyses, and perhaps also the pension costs
are covered.
The costs for medically prescribed physiotherapy are settled directly with the health insurance. The bill for
medical consultations will be sent to the patient’s home address; these costs are covered by the health
insurance.
Before leaving, the patient fully pays the bill. Afterwards s/he contacts the health
insurance for a possible refund.

Cancelling conditions:

per week if staying for a longer period of time.
In the following circumstances three days will be charged:
if the reservation is cancelled at short notice (less than 6 day prior to arrival);
if departing earlier than planned;
