Jennifer Hewitt has over 10 years experience advising clients on all aspects of corporate and
commercial law. Jennifer has been involved in a broad range of complex transactional
work, with an emphasis on private company mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer assists
clients with the sale and acquisition of assets and shares, compliance and regulatory issues,
corporate reorganizations, secured financings and advises directors, officers and
shareholders on corporate governance matters.
Jennifer has been a Special Assistant to the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for
Native Affairs (Ontario) and formerly worked in the Legal Services Branch at Management
Board Secretariat (Ontario).
Jennifer has been involved in a number of organizations including United Way, Dress for
Success, Heart & Stroke Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
