Lorraine de Germiny a rejoint LALIVE en 2014. Elle intervient principalement en arbitrage international,
aussi bien commercial que d’investissement, notamment dans les secteurs de l’énergie et de la
construction. Elle a participé en tant que conseil à de nombreuses procédures arbitrales ad hoc
(notamment CNUDCI/UNCITRAL) et institutionnelles (règlements CCI et CIRDI), soumis à divers droits
de procédure et droits applicables au fond.
Me de Germiny est membre de plusieurs associations professionnelles (dont ArbitralWomen, ICDR Y&I,
et LCIA YIAG) et fait partie du comité du CFA-40 depuis 2014.
Avant de rejoindre LALIVE, Me de Germiny a exercé au sein des départements d’arbitrage de King &
Spalding à Paris (2009-2012) et de Dewey & LeBoeuf à Paris et à New York. De plus, elle a été détachée
au Centre d’Arbitrage International de Hong Kong (HKIAC) en 2008 et à l’UNESCO en 2012.
Me de Germiny détient une Licence avec mention bien de la faculté de droit de Rennes, un Juris Doctor
de la faculté de droit de Tulane et un LL.M. de l’université de Columbia, où elle a été désignée « Harlan
Fiske Stone scholar. »
