La danseuse noire américaine Joséphine Baker, en se produisant sur la scène parisienne, en fut la plus grande ambassadrice. “Charleston” is a linen jacquard with subtle matte and shiny effects: on the surface, a silken satin thread describes a broad, rhythmic movement.
