First aid for seizures in English and French

These are the instructions in French
First aid instructions for me if I have a
seizure.
Instructions de premiers secours à mon
égard si j’ai une crise.
1. Please cushion my head.
2. Protect me from injury.
3. Do not put anything in my mouth.
4. Do not move me unless I am in danger.
5. Once my seizure has finished, put me on
my side in the recovery position, so that I can
breathe more easily.
6. Stay with me until I am fully
recovered.
7. There may be a card in my pocket with
emergency contact details on it.
1. Veuillez me protéger la tête.
2. Veuillez éviter que je ne me blesse.
3. Ne mettez rien dans ma bouche.
4. Ne me déplacez pas sauf si je suis en danger.
5. Une fois ma crise terminée, mettez-moi
en position latérale de sécurité afin que je
puisse respirer plus facilement.
6. Restez avec moi jusqu’à ce que je me
remette.
7. Vous trouverez peut-être dans ma poche une
carte avec des coordonnées d’urgence.
It is not usually necessary to call an
ambulance for me.
Please only do this if:

2. I go straight from one seizure to another
3. I am injured.
