Nature
The grand Ballon
Highest point of the Vosges, the Grand Ballon
dominates the Alsace plain from the top of its
1424 meters.
The Ballon d’Alsace
At 1247 m altitude this is the point where three regions
meet: Lorraine, Franche-Comté and Alsace.
The ridge road
One of the most scenic road of France, it winds through
80kms at the foot of the Vosges summits. It gives special
viewpoints over the Plaine d’Alsace and the Vosges
Mountains.
Montain lakes
Around ten crystal-clear lakes invite you to relax and to
bath such as the Lake of Kruth.
Gastronomie et terroir
La route des vins d’Alsace
Longue de plus de 170 km elle vous permet de
découvrir les prestigieux coteaux viticoles alsaciens.
Les fermes auberges
Venez déguster un repas typique dans un cadre
traditionnel. Ces auberges de montagnes servent
leur propre production issue de la ferme, dont le
traditionnel repas marcaire.

The Alsace wine road
Discover the prestigious Alsace hillside vineyards along
the 170 km Route des Vins d’Alsace. It snakes through
several different terroirs (wine-growing environments).
Farm and B&Bs
Enjoy a typical meal in a traditonal setting.
The Vosges Mountains are well-known for their
fermes-auberges, former summer pasture farms where
cowherds and shepherds welcome passers-by to share a
meal with them.

Le Grand Ballon
Avec ses 1424 m, il est le point
culminant du massif des Vosges.
Il offre un exceptionnel point de vue sur la plaine
d’Alsace et le massif des Vosges.
Le Ballon d’Alsace
A 1247m, il est le point de rencontre de trois
régions : la Lorraine, la Franche-Comté et l’Alsace.
La route des Crêtes
Une des plus belles de France, elle serpente sur
plus 80 km au pied des sommets vosgiens. Elle livre
des points de vue privilégiés sur la plaine d’Alsace
et le massif des Vosges.
Les lacs de montagne
Au nombre d’une dizaine, ils sont autant d’invitation
à la détente, au dépaysement ou à la baignade
comme au lac de Kruth.

Déplacements - Travellings :
Le parking P1 est à votre disposition sur toute
la durée du championnat. Nous vous invitons à
y garer votre véhicule le matin. De là vous
pourrez vous rendre au PC Course, à pied ou
en minibus.
P1 parking is at your disposal all championship
long.You are warmly invited to park your car there
in the morning. From there, you get to the Race HQ
on foot or on a shuttle.

Une trentaine d’animations et une vingtaine
d’activités de sports de nature à découvrir.
Fête du lac de Kruth : feu d’artifice, son et
lumière (vers minuit).
