Always wears protective equipment when handling chemicals
Adheres to WHMIS standards when handling chemicals
Ensures all dishes are completely clean before putting back in use - or rewashes if necessary
Area is cleaned and mopped with fresh mop water at the end of each shift - wet floor signage used
Problems with the dish machine are reported to the Chef immediately
