GENERALITA’
Le pompe serie ZAL sono cetrifughe autoadescanti
antisbattimento specifiche per il settore alimentare
(lattiero-caseario ed enologico):
- Travaso di serbatoi e scarico tank;
- Cicli CIP;
- Applicazioni dove il liquido dev’essere aspirato.
Realizzate in un unico corpo e dotate di accessori per
una totale modularità del prodotto.
MAIN FEATURES
The ZAL type is a centrifugal self-priming pump,
suitable for the Food industry (Dairy and Wine) as well
as for the following applications:
-Transfer to and discharge of tanks;
-CIP cycles
-Whenever the liquid has to be sucked.
They are manufactured in a unique block (body) and
they are equipped with different accessories that allow
a complete modularity of the product.
CARACTERISTIQUES PRINCIPAUX
Les pompes type ZAL sont centrifuges, sanitaires,
auto-amorçantes, anti-claquement, avec anneau
liquide, spécifiques pour le secteur alimentaire (laitierfromager, œnologique) :
- Transvasement et déchargement de cuves;
- Cycles CIP;
- Toutes les applications où le liquide doit être aspiré.
Elles sont douées d'accessoires pour une totale

PUMP SUPPORT
It is manufactured in casting in AISI 316L* and
it allows to hold the IEC motor and the cover.
The delivery connections are DIN 11851
(standard) or SMS, RJT, IDF, and so on (under
request).
It contains the mechanical seal.
*Except for the parts that are not in contact with the product.
ALBERO PROLUNGATO
Realizzato in AISI 316L ottenuto prolungando
l’albero del motore.
Motori forniti con la pompa o su richiesta.
All’estremità libera viene collegata direttamente la girante tramite vite, rondella e
linguetta.
ARBRE CLAVETE
Réalisé en AISI 316L obtenu en prolongeant
l'arbre du moteur.
La turbine est fixé directement à son bout libre
au moyen d'une vis, rondelle et clavette.
EXTENDED SHAFT
It is manufactured in AISI 316L and it is an
extension of the motor shaft.
The motor is supplied with the pump or under
request.
The impeller is attached on the free side with
screws, washer and key.
GIRANTE
Aperta 18/20 pale radiali dritte (stellari) e
adatta al funzionamento bidirezionale.
Evita lo sbattimento del prodotto.
Realizzata in AISI 316L mediante fusione a
cera persa ed equilibrata una ad una in modo
da ottenere la minima rumorosità.
Finitura: lucidat. elettrochimica o meccanica.
TURBINE
Ouverte, à 18/20 palettes radiaux droites (à
étoile).
Elle évite le claquement du produit. Réalisée
en AISI 316L et équilibrée de façon à obtenir le
moindre bruit.
Polissage superficiel électro-chimique ou
mécanique.
IMPELLER
It is open, with 18/20 radial blades (starshaped) and it is suitable for bidirectional
movement.
It avoids the flapping of the product.
It is manufactured in AISI 316L by means of
lost-waxing casting and balanced one by one
in order to obtain the minimum noise.
Finishing: electrochemical or mechanical
polishing.
COPERCHIO
Fusione in AISI 316L e sagomato opportunamente per garantire un sufficiente
accumulo di liquido per l’aspirazione.
Fissato mediante clamp può essere smontato
facilmente senza l’ausilio di particolari
attrezzature. Attacchi vari.
Finitura: lucidat. elettrochimica o meccanica.
COUVERCLE
Microfondu en AISI 316 et profilé pour garantir
l'anneau liquide nécessaire à l'aspiration. Fixé
au moyen d'une charnière clamp, il peut être
enlevé facilement sans l'aide d'équipements
particuliers. Raccords différents.
Finissage : polissage électro-chimique ou
mécanique.
FRONT COVER
It is manufactured in casting, in AISI 316L, and
shaped appropriately in order to assure the
necessary quantity of liquid for the suction.
It is fixed with the clamp and it can be
disassembled easily without using any tools.
Different types of connections available.
Finishing: electrochemical and mechanical
polishing.
CHIUSURA CLAMP
Costruito in AISI 304 e calandrato su misura,
collega il coperchio al corpo della pompa
(senza viti) permettendo un’agevole
rimozione del coperchio ed ispezione della
girante.
CHARNIERE CLAMP
Fabriquée en AISI 304 et calandrée sur
mesure, elle connecte la volute au corps de
pompe sans vis, en permettant un enlèvement
facile et un accès directe à la turbine.

CLAMP CLOSING
It is manufactured in AISI 304 and made to
measure. It links the cover and the body of the
pump (without screws), which allows a quick
release of the cover and easy checking of the
impeller.

CARTER
Realizzato interamente in AISI 304 protegge i
motori per utilizzo in ambienti umidi e/o
soggetti a lavaggio.
E’ fissato, mediante viti, sull’eccentrico
saldato al corpo pompa.
CAPOTAGE
Le capot est complètement réalisé en acie
inox AISI 304 et protège les moteurs en cas de
milieu humide ou sujet à des lavages. Il est
fixé avec des vis à un excentrique, à sa fois
logé sur la bride du moteur.
MOTOR COVER
It is completely manufactured in AISI 304 and
it protects the motor when the pumps are
working in humid environment or when they
need to be washed.
It is fixed with the screw on the eccentric,
welded on the body of the pump.
SUPPORTO
E’ fissato direttamente sotto il motore a norme
IEC.
Le forme morbide consentono una rapida
pulizia.
Possono essere aggiunti i piedini regolabili
per adeguare l’insieme alle irregolarità del
piano d’appoggio.
PIEDS
Ils sont fixés directement sous le moteur.
Leur formes douces permettent un nettoyage
rapide.
Ils sont équipés avec des vis réglables pour
les adapter aux irrégularités du plan d'appui.
SUPPORT
It is fixed directly under the motor (IEC
standard)
Its shape allows a quick cleaning.
There is the possibility of assembling the
adjustable feet so that it fits properly on the
rough floor/support.
CARRELLO
Dal design moderno e funzionale, ideato per
aumentare la versatilità della ZAL.
E’ usato per postazioni mobili o impieghi
differenti ed è ottenuto a partire dal piedino a
cui vengono aggiunte le ruote e la maniglia.
Completa l’allestimento l’interruttore
opzionale.
CHARIOT
Son dessin moderne et fonctionnel a été
conçu pour augmenter la versatilité de la ZAL.
Il est utilisé pour faciliter le deplacement
rapide de la pompe et il est obtenu en partant
des pieds et en ajoutant les roues et la
poignée. En option il y a la possibilité de
monter l'interrupteur électrique.
TROLLEY
Because of its modern and functional design,
it has been created to increase the versatility
of the ZAL.
It allows an easier movement of the pump. It is
made from the support to which the wheels
and handle have been added. There is the
possibility of including the switch.

IMPIEGHI: Enologia, Latte, Birra, Acqua.
La serie ZAL è usata nei casi in cui è fondamentale la capacità di autoadescamento. E’ adatta a molteplici impieghi con vari
prodotti tra cui: travaso tra serbatoi in depressione, aspirazione da serbatoi interrati, impianti di vario genere, cicli CIP. I
fluidi movimentati devono essere privi di sostanze solide in sospensione con Ø superiore a 0,2-0,4 mm.
Perché ZAL:
Quando non è fondamentale la capacità di funzionamento in entrambe le direzioni di rotazione e quando le portate sono
superiori a quelle della ZA.
APPLICATIONS: Wine, Milk, Beer, Water.
The ZAL model is used when the capacity of the priming is an essential aspect. It can be used with different products and
can be applied in various situations: transfer among tanks in negative pressure, suction from underground tanks, several
types of plants, CIP cycles. The fluid to be transferred cannot have solid particles in suspension bigger than Ø 0,2-0,4 mm.
Why the ZAL?
When it is not necessary the bidirectional movement and when the capacity is superior to that supplied by the ZA model.
EMPLOI: Vin, Lait, Bière, Eau.
Le modèle ZAL est utilisée dans les cas où la capacité d'amorçage est très importante. Elle est indiquée. Elle est
indiquée pour beaucoup d'applications et beaucoup de produits : transvasement entre cuves en dépression,
aspiration de cuves enterrés, autres installations . Les fludes pompés ne doivent pas avoir de parties solides en
suspension avec Ø supérieur à 0,2-0,4 mm.
Pourquoi ZAL?
Lorsque le fonctionnement bidirectionnel n'est pas important et on demande des débits supérieurs à ceux de la ZA.
TENUTA MECC. INTERNA
Alloggiata nell’apposita camera posta dietro la
girante e dimensionata per ottimizzare la
circolazione e quindi il raffreddamento.
E’ bagnata direttamente dal fluido trattato.
Impiegata per acqua, latte, vino e altri.
GARNITURE MECANIQUE INTERIEURE
STANDARD
Logée dans sa chambre conique derrière la
turbine, elle est étudiée pour optimiser la
circulation et donc le refroidissement. La
garniture est lubrifiée directement par le
liquide traité. Elle est utilisée pour eau, lait, vin
etc.

INTERNAL MECHANICAL SEAL
It is located in an appropriate chamber behind
the impeller and sized accordingly in order to
obtain a perfect circulation and cooling.
It is directly washed by the liquid which is
being treated.
It is used with water, milk, wine, and so on.
