PUBLICATIE NIEUWE GMP DOCUMENTEN BC-10 EN CC-03 TER VERVANGING VAN
DE OVC-03 REGELING
Bestemd voor alle bedrijven en certificatieorganismen.
OVOCOM vzw ontwikkelde in 2005 het document ‘OVC-03: Voorwaarden voor de aanwijzing van een
certificatie- of keuringsinstelling voor de verificatie van vleeswinkels’. Dit om de voedselveiligheid en
de kwaliteit van dierlijk afval dat verder kan verwerkt worden met bestemming diervoerder, te
verzekeren.
Deze tekst werd nu geïntegreerd in de GMP-Regeling onder de vorm van 2 nieuwe documenten:
- ‘BC-10: Vleeswinkels die categorie 3-materiaal produceren - technische voorschriften’; en
- ‘CC-03: Keuringsregeling voor vleeswinkels’.
Deze documenten zijn van toepassing voor de controle van vleeswinkels vanaf 1 januari 2014.
Het document ‘BC-10: Vleeswinkels die categorie 3-materiaal produceren – technische voorschriften’
bevat het geheel van technische voorschriften die van toepassing zijn voor de vleeswinkels. Het
document is praktisch opgebouwd. De eisen worden toegelicht of vervolledigd met additionele
informatie of verduidelijkingen. Pictogrammen worden gebruikt om zowel de exploitant van de
vleeswinkel als de inspecteur toe te laten de van toepassing zijnde criteria duidelijk te interpreteren.
De principes van en de modaliteiten voor de controle van de technische voorschriften staan in een
specifiek document, ‘CC-03: Keuringsregeling voor vleeswinkels’.

REMPLACEMENT DU RÈGLEMENT OVC-03
Destiné à toutes les entreprises et à tous les organismes de certification.
En 2005, l’asbl OVOCOM développait le document ‘OVC-03 : Conditions pour la désignation des
organismes de certifications ou d'inspection pour la vérification des débits de viande’, et ce afin
d’assurer la sécurité alimentaire et la qualité des déchets animaux pouvant être ultérieurement
transformés à destination de l’alimentation animale.
Ce texte a maintenant été intégré dans le règlement GMP sous la forme de deux nouveaux
documents :
- ‘BC-10 : Débits de viande produisant des matières de catégorie 3 – prescriptions techniques’ ;
et
- ‘CC-03 : Règlement d’inspection des débits de viande’.
Ces documents seront d’application pour le contrôle des débits de viande à partir du 1er janvier 2014.
Le document ‘BC-10 : Débits de viande produisant des matières de catégorie 3 – prescriptions
techniques’ contient la totalité des exigences techniques applicables aux débits de viande. L’approche
proposée par le document est orientée vers la pratique. Différentes explications complètent ou
éclairent les exigences. Une signalétique basée sur des pictogrammes permet tant à l’exploitant du
débit de viande qu’à l’inspecteur de bien appréhender les critères à appliquer.
Les principes et modalités de contrôle de ces exigences font l’objet d’un document spécifique,
dénommé ‘CC-03 : Règlement d’inspection des débits de viande’.

PUBLICATION OF NEW GMP DOCUMENTS: BC-10 AND CC-03 REPLACING THE OVC03 REGULATION.
Intended for all companies and certification bodies.
In 2005 OVOCOM has developed document ‘OVC-03: Conditions for the designation of certification or
inspection bodies intended for the inspection of meat stores’, and this in order to ensure food safety
and quality of animal waste which may subsequently be processed and received a feed destination.
This text has now been integrated into the GMP Regulation under the form of 2 new documents:
− ‘BC-10: Meat stores producing Category 3 material – Technical prescriptions’;
and
− ‘CC-03: Inspection Regulation for meat stores’.
From January 1, 2014 these documents are applicable for the inspection of meat stores.
Document ‘BC-10: Meat stores producing Category 3 materials – Technical prescriptions’ contains all
the technical prescriptions applicable to meat stores. The approach of this document has been set up
in a practical manner. Different explanations supplement, or shed light on the requirements. Signs
based on pictograms allow both the operator of the meat store as well as the inspector, to fully
comprehend the applicable criteria. The principles and methods used for the control of these technical
requirements are included in a specific document, ‘CC-03: Inspection Regulation for meat stores’.
