RIVIERA is a low liquor ratio dyeing machine (1:4, 1:6) with a round shape. It allows
the dyeing of a wide variety of woven fabrics and tubular or open-width knits.

RIVIERA est une machine à teindre le tissu en boyaux à rapport de bain court (1:4, 1:6) de forme ronde. Elle permet
une teinture de grande qualité des tissus chaîne et trame,
des tricots tubulaires et des tricots ouverts.
UN ÉCHANGE BAIN-MATIÈRE IDÉAL
Grâce à une pompe délivrant un couple débit-pression optimal en fonction de la matière traitée et de
la quantité à teindre, la RIVIERA produit un unisson
parfait tout en ménageant la matière.
UNE TUYÈRE A AIR D’UNE GRANDE
EFFICACITÉ.
Grâce à sa tuyère à air, fruit d’une longue expérience, la machine RIVIERA permet de traiter,
sans cassures, les tricots tubulaires et les tissus
chaîne et trame.
Cet objectif est obtenu en déplaçant les plis de la
matière à chaque rotation, avant son imprégnation par le bain de teinture. Les tricots sont gonflés et les tissus chaîne et trame déplissés par l’action de l’air.
L’air utilisé étant celui de l’espace intérieur de la
machine, il est toujours dans les mêmes conditions
que la matière elle-même et favorise la teinture des
matières difficiles à unir.
UNE PRODUCTIVITÉ ÉLEVÉE
RIVIERA occupe une place minimale au sol. Une capacité de chargement optimum sur une large gamme de
matières traitées, de poids et de contexture très différents,
des rapports de bain faibles, des cycles de teinture courts,
des cycles de rinçages raccourcis grâce à un nouveau système
de vidange permettent une productivité élevée.
UNE UTILISATION SIMPLE
RIVIERA est une des machines les plus simples à piloter ou à programmer. Qu’elle soit équipée d’une programmateur de régulation automatique
de la température ou d’un ensemble entièrement automatisé comprenant les
entrées et sorties de fluides en automatique, l’ajout contrôlé suivant une courbe programmée, la gestion d’une cuisine de couleurs, le pilotage par un ordinateur central d’atelier
... son utilisation reste toujours très simple et ne nécessite qu’un minimum de formation pour
un teinturier.
IDEAL EXCHANGE BATH-FABRIC
The fabric runs through a very efficient bath impregnation.
Due to its very efficient pump, which always allows an ideal rate between pressure and flow, according to fabric texture, dyestuff and
chamber capacity, the fabrics dyed in a RIVIERA machine have a very
good leveling, a shade uniformity and a perfect soft surface.
A HIGH EFFICIENCY AIR-SYSTEM
Due to its new air system, the RIVIERA machine dyes
without any crease either the tubular fabric by ballooning
the fabric, just before it runs through the overflow or the
wovens by moving the fabric at each rotation, so the fabric
never stays in the same position.
The air used in the air-jet for moving the fabric is the air
which is inside the body of the machine. So it is always
in the same conditions as the fabric itself and so promote leveling of very difficult dyeings.
A HIGH PRODUCTIVITY
RIVIERA needs a very small floor requirement.An optimal chamber capacity for a wide range of fabrics, low
liquor ratios with reduced steam, water and chemical
use, short dyeing cycles, reduced rinsing cycles due to a
new draining system allow a very high productivity.
EASY TO DRIVE AND TO DYE
RIVIERA is the most simple dyeing machine to drive and
to program. Il can be equiped with a simple time-temperature controller or with a fully automatic system with all
piloted valves, an adding system, a color kitchen ... Each
machine can be driven from a central computer.
LESS MAINTENANCE REQUIRED
All components, valves, bearings, seals and auxiliary parts are
carefully selected for longevity and reliable performance.
