In the curarised rabbit agroclavine and elymoclavine
produced an "alerting" pattern indistinguishable
from that
produced by acoustic and sensory stimulation, LSD, methylamphetamine and physosti_i_e.
The effects of agroclavine,
elymoclavine and L_D were inhibited by pre-treatment with
ci<_orpromazine, reserpine or meprob_mste.
The effect of
methylamphetamine
were inhibited by chlorpromazine
but not
by reserpine. The effect of physosti_ine
was not influenced
by these agents.

In the non-curarised
rabbit dihydroagroclavine
and
dihydroelymoclavine produced slow waves and spindles,

occasionally
interrupted by slow, low-voltage waves.

celle provoquee par des stimuli acoustiques et tactiles,

ou physostigmine.

d'agroclavine,
d'@lymoclavine
et de LSD est pr4venu par
l' a_miuistration pr@alable de chlorpromazine, r4serpine ou
m6probamate. L'effet de m4thylamph4tamine est antagonis@
par chlorpromazine, mais non pas par r4serpine. L'effe_
de physostigmine n'est pas influenc4 par les agents uentionn4s.
Chez le lapin non curaris4, dihydroagroclavine
et
dihydro4lymoclavine provoquent des ondes lentes et des formations de fuseaux parfois interrompues par des ondes ientes
basses.

erzeugten Dihydroagroclavin und Dihydroelymoclavin langsame Wellen sowie Spinaelbildung, gelegentlich unterbrochen durch lange niedrige
Wellen.
