La cuisine des Etoiles
Ce n'est pas par hasard que Michel Rostang est le '"Grand Chef" du Mans Classic. Ce
Cuisinier, avec un grand "C" a une autre passion en dehors de ses fourneaux : la
compétition automobile !
C'est en compagnie de trois autres chefs qu'il a participé à nouveau cette année au Tour
Auto Optic 2ooo : Michel Chabran, son équipier, sur Lancia Fulvia Coupé Fanalone de
1969 et Jacques Lameloise associé à Jean-Paul Lacombe sur BMW 1600 de 1970. Soit 8
étoiles à eux 4.
Quant à Olivier Boussard, qui ne déteste pas non plus les voitures et dont le frère est
grand photographe d'automobile, il peut se prévaloir d'être le seul restaurant étoilé de la
Sarthe !

Michelin Starred Cuisine
It is not a coincidence that Michel Rostang is the Le Mans Classic "Grand Chef". The
starred Chef with a capital "C" has another passion when not cooking: motor racing!
In company of three other Chefs, he participated again this year in the Tour Auto Optic
2ooo: Michel Chabran, his team-mate with a Lancia Fulvia Coupé Fanalone of 1969 and
Jacques Lameloise associated with Jean-Paul Lacombe with a BMW 1600 of 1970. 8 stars
between the 4 of them.
As for Olivier Boussard, other car lover whose brother is a well-known automobile
photographer, he can boast of having the only Michelin starred restaurant in the Sarthe!
