Lieferbedingungen:
gemäss ABD-02671_rev01, „Allgemeine Lieferbedingungen der BOA AG“,
Ware ab Werk, ohne Fracht, Verpackung, Versicherung und unverzollt.
Zahlungsbedingungen:
30 Tage netto, ab Fakturadatum, ohne Skontoabzug.
Beanstandungen:
müssen innert 14 Tagen nach Warenempfang erfolgen. Beschädigt eintreffende Sendungen sind erst nach erfolgter Schadenfeststellung durch die Transportfirma und nur unter
Vorbehalt anzunehmen.
Gerichtsstand ist ausschliesslich Rothenburg. Es gilt schweizerisches Recht.

Conditions de livraison:
selon Swissmem (Association de l'industrie suisse des machines, des équipements électriques et des métaux (industrie MEM)), marchandise départ usine, sans frais de transport, d'emballage, d'assurance et non dédouanée.
Conditions de paiement:
dans les 30 jours net, date de facture, sans escompte.
Réclamations:
doivent être annoncées dans les 14 jours à réception de la marchandise. Tout envoi
endommagé est à accepter uniquement contre constatation des dommages par le transporteur.
Le tribunal de Rothenburg est seul compétent. Le rapport juridique est régi par le droit suisse.
CONDIZIONI (condizioni particolari dovranno essere concordate in fase di trattativa)
Condizioni di consegna:
come riportato nelle Swissmem (Associazione dell'industria svizzera di macchine, dell'industria elettrica e metallurgica (industria MEM)), la resa della merce è intesa franco stabilimento. Sono escluse le spese di trasporto e d'imballaggio che verranno addebitate separatamente. La merce si intende resa non sdoganata e non assicurata.
Modalità di pagamento:
entro 30 giorni netti dalla data di fatturazione, senza sconto.
Reclami:
Ogni reclamo deve essere comunicato per scritto entro i 14 giorni dal ricevimento della
merce. Ogni consegna che abbia subito dei danni durante il trasporto deve essere confermata anche dal trasportatore e sarà accettata con riserva.
Il tribunale di Rothenburg sarà il solo foro competente per eventuali cause. Il rapporto giuridico è regolato dalla legge
svizzera.

freight, packing costs, insurance and custom taxes.
Payment terms:
within 30 days, date of invoice, without discount.
Claims:
have to be submitted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Damaged consignments must be
confirmed by the forwarding agent.
The place of performance and jurisdiction is agreed to be Rothenburg. The contract shall be governed by Swiss law.

It is emphasized that export contracts are subjects to the terms stipulated in our individual quotations and specified in the
order acknowledgment. Such contracts shall be governed by Swiss law.
