DISPOSITIONS GENERALES
POUR LA LOCATION D’UN STAND
Montage du stand
Dès le vendredi 23 août à 9h00
Démontage du stand
Dimanche 25 août, dès 18h00
Emplacement
Sur terrain en dur pour les commerces d'alimentation et sur terrain en
herbe pour les autres commerces. La répartition est faite par le Lémania
Coccinelle Club.
Responsabilité civile
A charge de l'exposant.
Surveillance
Bien que le terrain soit surveillé la nuit par des agents de sécurité
accompagnés de chiens, le Lémania-Coccinelle-Club décline toute
responsabilité en cas de vol ou dégâts causés au stand.
Publicité
Les exposants sont autorisés à faire de la publicité à leur nom à leur
stand. Aucune publicité pour des tiers n'est admise, ainsi que la
publicité sonore.
Electricité
La consommation est gratuite. Prévoir des prises et des rallonges pour
le raccordement.
Cartes de contrôle
Le personnel du stand recevra des cartes de contrôle. Elles vous seront
remises à votre arrivée.
Boissons
La vente de boissons est interdite.
Vente
Seule la vente des marchandises mentionnées sur le contrat sera
autorisée.

Freitag 23 August ab 9 h.

Sonntag 25 August ab 18 h.
Standort
Auf Festboden für Lebensmittelverkauf und auf Grasboden für die
anderen Geschäfte. Die Verteilung erfolgt durch der Lémania
Coccinelle Club.
Haftpflicht
Zu Lasten des Ausstellers
Bewachung
Der Platz wird während der Nacht von Securitas in Begleitung von
Hunden bewacht. Der Lémania coccinelle Club lehnt jede Haftung von
Standbeschächigungen oder Diebstählen ab.
Reklame
Die Aussteller haben die Bewilligung im ihren Namen Reklame und
publikationen zu machen. Nicht erlaubt ist dies für Drittpersonen.
Lautsprecher dürfen ebenfalls nicht benützt werden.
Elektrizität
Der Stromverbrauch ist kostenlos. Bitte versorglich Stecker u.
Anschlüsse mitbringen.
Kontroll-Karten
Den Verkäufern werden sie bei ihrer Ankunft ausgehändigt.
Getränke
Der Verkauf von Getränken ist nicht gestattet.
Verkauf
Nur der Verkauf der auf dem Vertrag bezeichneten Waren ist erlaubt.

GENERAL AGREEMENTS
FOR A STALL RENTAL
Setting up the stall :
As of 9 o’clock am, on Friday August 23th
Removal of the stall :
As of 6 o’clock pm, on Sunday August 25th
Site :
On hard ground for the alimentary stalls and on grassy ground for the
other stalls.The assessment is made by the Lémania Coccinelle Club
Private insurance :
To the exhibitor’s cost.
Surveillance :
Eventhough the ground is watched during the night by security agents
accompanied by dogs, the Lemania-Bug Club declines all
responsabilities in case of a theft or any damages to the stall.
Advertising :
The exhibitors are authorized to make publicity of their name at their
stall. No advertising for a tierce is admitted, as well as any sonorous
advertising.
Electricity :
The consummation is free. But do foresee the plugs for the junction
lines.
Control cards :
The stall staff will receive control cards. Those will be given upon your
arrival.
Beverages :
Selling beverages is prohibited.
Selling :
Only the merchandises mentionned on the rental agreement are
authorized.
