Biographies of Key Professionals
Matthew Frymier is a Partner and the Chief Executive Officer of Corrum Capital Management LLC. Prior to launching
Corrum Capital in 2013, Matthew was the President of Stamos Capital Partners. Previously, he spent 17 years at Bank of America
Merrill Lynch (“BAML”), most recently as Head of Global Strategic Capital (“GSC”), the primary strategic investment arm of the
bank and its subsidiaries. As Head of GSC, Matthew had executive management and investment approval responsibility for
BAML’s strategic direct investment program, Strategic Fund Investments and BAML Capital Access Funds. He also served as a
member of Bank of America’s Equity Risk Forum, which was responsible for managing the overall equity risk exposure across the
Bank of America enterprise. Prior to being named Head of GSC in 2007, Matthew had eight years of strategic direct investment
experience in GSC and its predecessor business units. While at BAML, Matthew served on the board of directors of more than 15
companies, including Value Asset Management, BATS Global Markets, FXall, Incapital, and Conversus Asset Management where
he also served on the Investment Committee. Matthew began his career at Putnam Investments in Boston. Matthew currently
serves on the boards of Chicago Stock Exchange, iMatchative Inc., and is a member of the Editorial Board of Markit Magazine,
and is a committee member for the San Francisco chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Jason Cipriani is a Partner at Corrum Capital Management LLC. Jason is responsible for managing the Firm’s Private Capital
business and investment activities, including the Private Equity and Real Assets Funds. Prior to launching Corrum Capital, Jason
was co-Head of Private Capital at Stamos Capital Partners. Previously, he was Head of Strategic Fund Investments for Bank of
America with responsibility for the company’s proprietary investments in private equity funds and hedge funds. Jason was
previously Chief Operating Officer of the Global Strategic Capital group at Bank of America and held other roles within Bank of
America’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank. Prior to joining Bank of America, he held corporate finance and accounting
positions at Paramount/VIACOM, Time Warner Cable, and PL Industries where he had responsibility for financial operations in
Mexico. Jason is a member of numerous limited partnership advisory boards across several private capital investment sectors. He
currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Urban Ministry Center where he is Chair of the Investment Committee and is a
founding board member and Chair of The Gift of Adoption of the Carolinas.
Jason received a BS from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Jonathan Mandle is a Partner at Corrum Capital Management LLC. Jonathan is responsible for the Firm’s absolute return and
credit investment strategies. Prior to launching Corrum Capital, Jonathan was a Managing Director and the Head of Absolute
Return and Credit strategies at Stamos Capital Partners. Previously, he was a Director at the University of California, Office of the
Treasurer of the Regents, where he managed a multi-billion dollar hedge fund portfolio with a global mandate. Prior to that, he
built and managed customized investment portfolios for pension and endowment clients at New England Pension Consultants.
Jonathan began his career as a Research Associate focused on domestic and international equity and fixed income strategies at
Fidelity Investments. He currently serves on the board and is Treasurer of Peace First, is an adjunct professor at the University of
San Francisco, and is an Investment Committee member for the Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
Jonathan received a BS and an MBA from Boston College and is a CFA Charterholder.
Cathy Tse is a Partner at Corrum Capital Management LLC. Cathy is responsible for the Firm’s long/short equity and long-only
public equity strategies. Prior to launching Corrum Capital, Cathy was Head of Public Equity strategies at Stamos Capital Partners.
Previously, she had over ten years of financial experience and spent more than four years as an Institutional Trader in the
International Equities Division of Merrill Lynch. Her previous experiences also include positions with the Equity Derivatives
Controller Group at Goldman Sachs and the Financial Institutions Group at Arthur Andersen. Cathy is fluent in Chinese.
Cathy received a BS in Accounting and a minor in East Asian Studies from New York University, Stern School of Business, where
she was a Stern Scholar. Cathy also received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. She is a
Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

John Fulton is a Managing Director on the Investment Team at Corrum Capital Management LLC. John is responsible for
sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing private equity and illiquid credit strategies. His primary focus is on the domestic and
international buyout market and illiquid credit strategies. Prior to joining Corrum Capital, John was a Managing Director at Stamos
Capital Partners. Previously, he was a Vice President in Bank of America Merrill Lynch‘s Global Strategic Capital group with
responsibility for sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and execution of private equity fund investments. John’s previous experience
also includes eight years in Global Corporate & Investment Banking with responsibility for underwriting, structuring, and
executing senior bank debt transactions for clients primarily in the healthcare industry and financial sponsors. In this role, he
managed a diverse credit portfolio and was an integral team member for multiple merger & acquisition, leveraged buyout, and
leveraged recapitalization transactions.
John received a BS from Clemson University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Deanna Ho Montgomery is a Managing Director on the Investment Team at Corrum Capital Management LLC. Deanna is
responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and managing private equity strategies, with a primary focus on real assets. Prior to
joining Corrum Capital, Deanna was a Managing Director at Stamos Capital Partners. Previously, she was a Senior Manager at
Deloitte & Touche LLP, as part of the Restructuring Advisory Group where she advised companies in Chapter 11 as well as outof-court restructurings. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan where she invested in early stage financial technology
companies and served as head of the committee responsible for sourcing and screening deal flow. While at J.P. Morgan, Deanna
was also responsible for raising capital for venture and growth stage companies, as well as private equity funds. Prior to that role,
she was based in Hong Kong in the Equity Capital Markets Group, where she raised public equity and equity-linked securities for
Asia-based companies from a global investor base. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Deanna worked in the Telecom, Media &
Technology Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. where she focused primarily on executing equity underwritings and
mergers and acquisitions transactions. She began her career with Chemical Bank, where she worked in the Metals and Mining
Group and completed the credit training program.

Allyson Kaufman is a Managing Director for Marketing and Business Development at Corrum Capital Management LLC. She
is responsible for managing investor relations, business development, and distribution strategies. Prior to joining Corrum Capital,
Allyson was a Managing Director at Stamos Capital Partners. Previously, Allyson was a Vice President at Oak Hill Investment
Management, which evolved out of the Robert M. Bass family office, leading investor relations and client communications. Prior
to Oak Hill, she spent seven years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, most recently as a Vice President and Senior Product
Manager/Client Portfolio Manager for U.S. equity strategies.

Edwin Rasberry is a Managing Director for Marketing and Business Development at Corrum Capital Management LLC. He is
responsible for managing investor relations, business development, and distribution strategies. Prior to joining Corrum Capital, he
led marketing and business development in the Eastern U.S. for Oakpoint Advisors, an alternative asset marketing firm based in
New York. Prior to Oakpoint, Edwin was Managing Director of the Private Fund Group at Guggenheim Partners, where he was
responsible for marketing Guggenheim-sponsored and related investment partnerships to institutional investors in the South and
East Coast regions. Before joining Guggenheim, Edwin was Director of Asia ex-Japan research sales at Deutsche Bank. In his 13
years in Asian financial services, he held similar positions with CLSA and Caspian Securities, where he helped build the Asian
equity research and U.S. client relationship efforts.

Richard Romine is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Corrum Capital Management LLC. Richard is
responsible for the financial and operational management of the Firm and its investment strategies, identifying, monitoring and
mitigating risk to the Firm and strategic planning for the Firm. Prior to joining Corrum Capital, Richard spent 12 years at Bank of
America Merrill Lynch (“BAML”), most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for Merrill Lynch’s Pacific Northwest Market.
Prior to that role, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Global Strategic Capital, where he worked closely with several members
of the Corrum Capital team. Previously, he held various roles within BAML’s Global Markets and Wealth Management divisions.
He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP auditing financial service companies.
Richard received a BBA and a MAcc from Stetson University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Carlene Pollock is a Director at Corrum Capital Management LLC and is responsible for Operational Due Diligence. Prior to
joining Corrum, Carlene was a Vice President at BNY Mellon in the Alternative Investments Division where she led a team that
supported hedge fund and private equity administration impacting over $500 billion in assets. She conducted due diligence and
regulatory oversight as part of the overall administrative service, which included providing solutions for newly implemented
regulatory industry requirements. She frequently recommended operational strategies for her clients, many of which are the world’s
largest alternative investment platforms. Carlene has spearheaded many business efficiency projects including IT automation,
improved client reporting, and major system conversions. Prior to working for BNY Mellon, Carlene also worked for Callahan and
Associates and ICMA Retirement Corporation, both in Washington, D.C. and in Mutual Fund Administration.
Carlene earned a BS in Finance at Shippensburg University and an MA in Management at College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
Stuart Heffner is a Vice President on the Operations team at Corrum Capital Management. Stuart is responsible for the day-today operations of the funds, as well as, managing valuations and performance of the funds, performing internal and external
reporting, and handling various accounting duties. Prior to launching Corrum Capital, Stuart was a Senior Associate at Sterling
Stamos Capital Partners. Previously, Stuart was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, where he conducted financial statement audits
for both private and major SEC clients. He has also worked as a financial services consultant for EMC Corporation.
Stuart received a BS and Macc from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ryan Batenchuk is a Vice President on the Investment Team at Corrum Capital Management LLC. Ryan is responsible for
sourcing, analyzing, and monitoring global investments in private equity and illiquid credit strategies. Prior to joining Corrum
Capital, Ryan was a Manager at Stamos Capital Partners. Previously, Ryan was an Associate in the Global Strategic Capital group at
