Description du poste
Il s'agit d'un poste à 80% comprenant outre la recherche également de l'enseignement. Le/la candidat(e) devra
- participer à diverses études empiriques (principalement quantitatives) en didactique des sciences;
- coordonner la collecte des données et les analyses statistiques ainsi que fournir de l'appui à d’autres membres
du groupe;
- préparer des publications scientifiques et des présentations à des conférences y compris des rapports de
projet;
- participer à la rédaction de demandes de subsides;
- participer à un réseau de coopération international en didactique des sciences.
La durée initiale de l’engagement est de trois ans, avec un renouvellement possible pour deux autres années.
Titre et compétences exigés
- Doctorat en didactique des sciences, de préférence en didactique de la physique, ou en sciences de
l’éducation/psychologie cognitive (ou équivalent), avec un intérêt prononcé pour la didactique des sciences
- Excellentes connaissances et bonne expérience en méthodes de recherche quantitative, y compris logiciels
d’analyse statistique usuels
- Expérience dans une ou plusieurs méthodes avancées telles que item response theory, structural equation
modelling multilevel analysis, behavioral experiment software (e.g. “Presentation”) est un atout
- Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l’anglais (bonnes connaissances d’allemand un atout)

Your profile
- PhD in science education (preferably physics education), or in educational science/cognitive psychology (or
similar), with pronounced interest for physics education
- excellent knowledge and experience in quantitative research methods, including current statistical analysis
software
- in particular, experience with one or more of the following advanced methods is an asset:
multilevel analysis, structural equation modelling, item response theory, behavioral experiment software (eg.
"Presentation")
- very good knowledge of French and English (knowledge of German would be an additional asset)
