By direction of my Government I have the honour to inform
your Lordship that, on the 8th January, 1903, the Empire of
Corea acceded to the Geneva Convention of the 22nd August,
1864, for the amelioration of the condition of wounded soldiers in
armies in the field (Red Cross).
I shall be much obliged if you will be so good as to take note
of this communication, and I have, &c.

I HAVE the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your note of
the 3rd instant, in which you inform me that, on the Sth ultimo,
the Government of Corea notified the accession of that State to
the Geneva Red Cross Convention of the 22nd August, 1864, for
the amelioration of the condition of the wounded in armies in the
field.
