FREDIANI AS PRESIDENT Hamilton, Bermuda, September 19, 2012 – Ironshore Inc. announced that David R. Frediani has been appointed President, Ironshore International. Mr. Frediani will work with Ironshore regional executives and international underwriters to build upon Ironshore International’s presence within specialty business lines, including expansion plans in Latin America and other regions. He also will manage the daily operations of Ironshore International’s platforms in North America, including Ironshore International, Ironshore Canada, Marine Re and other new initiatives. He will report to Mark Wheeler, Chief Executive Officer of Ironshore International. Mr. Frediani served for more than 30 years with Marsh & McLennan Companies, of which 24 years were dedicated to international responsibilities in Latin America, Asia, Continental Europe, and the U.K. He has held various positions in global strategic oversight, client relationship management, business development, and marketing. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of International and Client Development for Marsh & McLennan Companies, based in New York. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Marsh Inc. for Europe, Middle East and Africa and also served as a member of the firm’s European Board and Executive Committee. “David’s career expertise in providing insurance solutions to international risks reflects his indepth knowledge and firsthand experience in identifying and building relationships within the global insurance industry,” said Kevin H. Kelley, Chief Executive Officer of Ironshore. “He will be actively engaged in offering strategic analysis and executive leadership for driving the development of innovative product offerings to expand Ironshore International’s distribution of products and services to new and existing markets.” Ironshore International underwrites select specialty lines of business throughout its increasing global platform with offices in the U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia and Asia.
