road surface in an accident. We have used only the highest quality materials to achieve the strength and appearance your investment deserves.
Carefully read the fitting instructions below and check you kit contents before starting installation. If you are unsure or not confident about installing
Oggy Knobbs yourself, see your mechanic.

Instructions-first five applications as shown in photos above:
Tools required:
8mm Hex Key.

Remove the engine mounting bolt, the position of which can be seen from the photos above.
Fit the Oggy Knobb assembly with the aluminium spacer behind the Oggy Knobb, making sure the spacer fits
inside the recess in the frame. The spacers and Oggy Knobbs are stamped L and R to avoid confusion.
Tighten the bolt securely to manufacturer’s specifications. Use of a thread-locking agent is recommended.
On the other side, repeat steps 1 to 3.
Note: Always use the supplied washers under bolt heads. Always use thread-locking compound.

Instructions-second three applications as shown in photos above-Left Hand Side:
Tools required:
3mm, 4mm and 8mm Hex Keys, Sharp Knife or Holesaw or Die Grinder & Drill to cut plastic.

Remove the fairing panel and engine mounting bolt, the position of which can be seen in the photo above.
Fit the Oggy Knobb assembly with the aluminium spacer behind the Oggy Knobb, making sure the spacer
fits inside the recess in the frame. The spacers and Oggy Knobbs are stamped L and R to avoid confusion.
Tighten the bolt securely to manufacturer’s specifications. Use of a thread-locking agent is recommended.
Offer up the fairing panel and mark a circle where the Oggy Knobb assembly touches. Cut the fairing panel
to clear the Oggy Knobb assembly and refit the fairing panel. Refer to white circle in top left photo as an
approximate guide.
On the right hand side, repeat steps 1 to 3 noting that there is no need to remove or modify the fairing panel.
Note: Always use the supplied washers under bolt heads. Always use thread-locking compound.
