Das türkische Patentinstitut hat uns
informiert, dass einige Patentgebühren
in der Türkei geändert worden sind1.
Anmelder und Inhaber europäischer
Patente mit Wirkung in der Türkei
werden darauf hingewiesen, dass seit
1. Januar 2007 folgende Gebührensätze
gelten:
The Turkish Patent Institute has
informed us that some patent fees in
Turkey have been changed1. Applicants
for and proprietors of European patents
with effect in Turkey are advised that
from 1 January 2007 the following rates
apply:

(The filing fee is increased according to
the number of priorities.)

Taxe de dépôt : 25 TRY
(La taxe nationale de dépôt augmente
en fonction du nombre de priorités.)

Die obenstehenden Angaben wurden
in der Neuauflage der Informationsbroschüre des EPA "Nationales Recht
zum EPÜ" (13. Auflage) berücksichtigt.
Account has been taken of the above
changes in the latest edition of the
EPO’s information brochure "National
law relating to the EPC" (13th edition).
Les données ci-dessus ont été prises en
