Guillaume Kellner is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is
based in the firm’s Paris office. Mr. Kellner focuses on mergers and acquisitions,
private equity, and securities law. He also concentrates on the management of
corporate conflicts (conflicts between shareholders, enforcement of shareholders
agreements, and/or shares purchase agreements) during both pre-litigation and
litigation.
