Die roto-stream Stückfärbeanlage
wird eingesetzt zum Färben von
leichter bis schwerer Web- und
Wirkware.
Sie bietet neuartige verfahrenstechnische Vorteile in Bezug auf die
Prozesszeiten, den Gesamtenergieverbrauch wie auch auf den
Warenausfall des zu behandelnden
Textilgutes.
Aufgrund der rotierenden Speicher
kann das Flottenverhältnis ultrakurz
eingestellt werden. Es beginnt für
synthetische Artikel bei ca. 1:3, für
Baumwolle bei ca. 1:5.
Die roto-stream wird für die
unterschiedlichen
Aufgabenstellungen in verschiedenen Baugrößen (mit und ohne Plaiter)
ausgeführt, mit 1 bis 6 Speichern
pro Anlage.

machine is suitable for dyeing both
light and heavy woven and knit
fabrics.

resulting in reduced cycle times

Due to the inner rotating drum the
machine can work at ultra low liquor
ratios. Starting at approx. 1:3 for
synthetics and 1:5 for cotton
articles.
