Le 1er Juillet 2008, la France prendra la présidence de l’Union
Européenne. A ce titre, la DRAC Champagne-Ardenne
(Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles) département du
Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication, associera le
“2ème Week-End de l’Excellence Automobile de Reims” à son
programme culturel.
On the 1st July 2008, France takes over the presidency of the
European Union. For this occasion, the Champagne-Ardenne
Regional Cultural Affairs Division (DRAC), a department of the Ministry of
Culture and Communication, is including the "2nd Weekend of the Automobile Excellence in Reims" in its cultural programme.
A cette occasion, nous accueillerons un pilote emblématique des 6 premiers
états fondateurs de la Communauté Européenne (Allemagne, Belgique,
Hollande, Italie, Luxembourg et France).
For this occasion, we invite an emblematic driver to represent each of the 6
founding states of the European Community (Belgium, Germany, Holland,
Italy, Luxembourg and France).
Ces champions s’adonneront à des démonstrations sur le mythique circuit de
Reims-Gueux, au volant de voitures historiques de compétitions ayant marqué
le sport automobile et sélectionnées par les différents "Automobiles Clubs" des
pays représentés.
An historic competition car from each country which has left its mark on motor
racing, as well as a legendary national driver will be choosen by "Automobiles
Clubs", to drive the car in a demonstration event over the course of the
weekend on the mythical Reims-Gueux circuit.
