Xavier Anthony,
le nouveau Jean-Marie Rivière de Bobin’O
Xavier Anthony, outre son appartenance à la Jet Set
Internationale, n’est pas homme à se laisser charmer par la
seule douceur de vivre. C’est avant tout un homme de
passions, et celle qu’il voue à la cuisine a su révéler un réel
talent désormais connu et reconnu de tous.
Fort de ce don certain pour l’art culinaire lié à un solide sens
des affaires, Xavier a pu créer, monter, et gérer différents
établissements de mains de maître: L’incontournable
«Bastide Rouge » de St Tropez sans oublier la mythique «
Mistralée » à l’intérieur duquel il a développé le Corner
Caviar Petrossian, puis à Marrakech le prestigieux « Dar
Fez » qu’il dirige 4 années durant, de 1990 à 1994.
Véritable directeur artistique culinaire, il a depuis 2001 à ses côtés le chef Hélène Champion.
A lui les idées, à elle de mettre en scènes les saveurs et d’en extraire la magie.
Sa cuisine est simple, insolente, prenant toujours des airs de méditerranée dans tout ce
qu’elle offre de couleurs et de saveurs. Il a d’autres spécialités comme le fameux hamburger
au caviar réalisé en exclusivité pour l’anniversaire d’Ivana Trump.
Cette méditerranée qu’il porte dans son cœur il l’exporte depuis maintenant 3 ans jusqu’aux
Philippines avec le « NUVO » où les gourmets de Manille peuvent déguster son tartare poêlé
et ses œuf brouillés à la truffe. Depuis peu il apporte également sa French Touch’ au
Khazakstan où il assure la direction artistique culinaire du « Jimy’s ». Ces deux endroits l’ont
érigé en star de la cuisine. Il ne passe décidemment jamais incognito, mais n’est- ce pas
l’apanage des personnes de talent ?
Depuis septembre, Xavier Anthony a investi le mythique Cabaret Bobin’O, dans le rôle jadis
dévolu au feu Jean Marie Rivière. Xavier est tour à tour Monsieur Loyal accueillant les clients
et aussi sur scène magicien et chanteur.
Un challenge pour Xavier? Non plutôt un bonheur au quotidien.

Xavier Anthony,
The new Jean Marie Rivière of Bobin’O
Xavier Anthony, though belonging to international Jet Set,
is not a man who only enjoys relaxed rythm of life.
It is above all a man of passions, and the one that he
dedicates to the cooking knew how to reveal a real talent
henceforth known and recognized of all.
Thanks to this talent for the art of cooking linked to a
strong sens of business, Xavier was able to create, set up,
and manage various establishments of boss's hands: The
St Tropez's " Bastide Rouge " without forgetting mythical
"Mistralée" inside which he developed the « Caviar
Petrossian » corner, then in Marrakech with the prestigious
"Dar Fez" whom he steers for 4 years, from 1990 till 1994.
Real « culinary artistic director », he has since 2001 beside him the Chef Hélène Champion.
He has the ideas, she sets it up to reveal flavours’ magic.
His cooking is simple, impertinent, and sometimes have great touch of méditerranée in all
that it offers of colors and flavours. But he also has great specials such as the famous Caviar
hamburger realized exclusively for the birthday party of Ivana Trump.
Three years ago, he carried abroad his knowhow to the Philippines with the restaurant
"NUVO" where the gourmets of Manilla can enjoy among others his fried Tartar and his
truffle scrambled eggs.
Recently also brought his French Touch ' in Khazakstan where he ensures the management
of the " Jimy’s ". These two places respectivelly lead him to the status of star of cooking.
Since September, it has just integrated the Bobin'o cabaret in the role formerly devolved to
the defunt Jean Marie Rivière. Xavier is alternately Monsieur Loyal welcoming the customers
but also on stage magician and singer.
A challenge for Xavier? Not rather a happiness in everyday life.
