INTRODUCTION
The UKM-UCA International Joint Conference on Science and
Technology 2016 is the first to be organised and is proposed to
provide a platform for researchrers from UKM and Cadi Ayyad
University of Marrakech to stenghten the collaborative network
between both institutions and to report any latest findings especially
in the fields related to Science and Technology. The objective of this
seminar is to empower and enrich science and technology, in line
two major keys: the runing projects in two institutions and the
national strategies for scientific research and technology in the two
countries. High impact collaborative research and innovation is
desired from these collaborations.
The conference is a collaborative effort between the
Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia that is represented by
FST and SERI with the Faculty of Science and
Technique, Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech. The
theme of the UKM-UCA International Joint Seminar
on Science and Technology 2016 is « Empowerment of
Science and Technology »

SCOPE OF
CONFERENCE
 To provide a platform for researcher and academician to share
information and ideas in the field of Science and Technology.
 To strenghten the collaborative network in research between
UKM and Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech.
 To identify the futre directions of R&D activities related to
Science and Technology that benefit locally and internationally.
