Mimoza Seafront Holiday Villa is a jewel to be treasured situated in a small, gated and quiet development just five
minutes' drive to the Central Protaras Strip.
This spacious villa offers a large seafront plot, kidney shaped private pool of approximate size 4x8m and large patio
with modern patio furniture. The ground floor features a double bedroom, guest WC, large open plan kitchen with a
breakfast bar, dinning area and living room that opens up into the semi-covered pool patio area. The first floor has
the master bedroom with en-suite shower and a double bed, a third double bedroom and a twin bedroom as well as
the family bathroom.
Further up on the roof deck (good enough for private sunbathing) the eye stretches through a view encompassing
an ancient headland named Nissia, a sandy beach just in front, and an adjacent rocky coastal zone, home to
civilizations thousands of years old. To the sides the peaceful azure coastline is dotted with other first row high
quality houses at fair distances from each other.
The owners are an active family who for years enjoy taking maximum advantage of the sea. They have chosen this
four-bedroom property because it can support their activities: direct access to the water for canoes, windsurfing
even a small dock for those that own a speed boat, amazing snorkeling amidst ancient ruins, a large plot with
plenty of shaded areas for the after-hours, well shaded at all times with a BBQ facing the sea as well.
There is no question that the property is comfortable, tastefully decorated in white, and well kept. It has the small
things in life that many will appreciate, such as an in/out sound system with a jack for your music player. Good air
