• The 12 months’ free Motor Insurance must be activated by calling 0845 600 3425.
• Available only on new smart fortwo edition21 models that have been financed on a qualifying 0% APR Representative Mercedes-Benz Finance agreement before 31.12.2013 and where the policyholder is the
first registered keeper of the vehicle.
• Available to private individuals between the ages of 21 and 75.
• All drivers must have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Maximum of 2 motoring convictions in the last 5 years of codes CU10-66, LC, MS10-46, MS70-96, MW PC, PL, SP and no accidents that would prejudice No Claims Discount in the last 12 months.
• Restricted usage of Social Domestic & Pleasure (SDP), SDP & Commuting or ‘standard use’ (SDP&C and business use for the policyholder and spouse/civil/domestic partner in connection with their business).
• Maximum of 2 additional drivers providing they meet the eligibility criteria.
