Programm-Migration auf 2009-1 – NUR EINPLATZ-VERSION
Die Version 2009-1 ist nicht mehr mit der Version 9.8 und früher kompatibel, kann aber mit Hilfe des
eingebauten Migrationstools Daten ab Version 9.3 konvertieren.
Vorgehen Einplatz Version PP ab V-9.3.x und neuer:

Datensicherung vornehmen

Wenn Sie eine V-9.8.x installiert haben, dann desarchivieren Sie eventuell archivierte
Kandidaten. Anschliessend löschen Sie manuell die Dateien ARCH_CAN.FIC, ARCH_CAN.NDX,
ARCH_EVA.FIC und ARCH_EVA.NDX ! Löschen Sie auch das Unterverzeichnis \ARCHIVE !

Installation ab CD 2009-1 in das bereits bestehende Programmverzeichnis als Update-Installation.
Während des Installationsvorganges werden die Daten konvertiert.

Daten auf Plausibilität überprüfen.

Bei Problemen die Datensicherung zurückspielen.



Datensicherung vornehmen

Mit Hilfe der Funktion Dateien -> Export -> Kandidaten alle Kandidaten in ein Verzeichnis (z.B.
C:\pptemp) ausgeben.

Mit Hilfe der Funktion Dateien -> Export -> Referenzen alle Referenzen (wenn vorhanden) in ein
Verzeichnis (z.B. C:\pptemp) ausgeben.

Installation ab CD 2009-1 in das bereits bestehende Programmverzeichnis als VollständigeInstallation

Mit Hilfe der Funktion Dateien -> Import -> Kandidaten und Referenzen importieren

Daten auf Plausibilität überprüfen

Bei Problemen das PP-Verzeichnis wiederherstellen

dati dalla versione 9.8 attraverso lo strumento di migrazione fornito
Procédura per la versione monoposto PP V-9.3.x o successiva:

Effettuare un salvataggio dei dati

Se viene installata una versione 9.8 bisogna togliere dall`archivio eventuali candidati archiviati.In
seguito bisogna cancellare manualmente i file ARCH_CAN.FIC, ARCH_CAN.NDX,
ARCH_EVA.FIC et ARCH_EVA.NDX ! E anche il sotto repertorio\ARCHIVE !

Installazione del CD 2009-1 nel repertorio attuale di PersProfile Manager fleggando l’opzione
“Aggiornamento”.Alla fine dell’installazione e dopo il lancio del file exe, i dati saranno convertiti nel
nuovo formato.

Verificare l’attendibilità dei dati.

In caso di problemi reinstallare il salvataggio

Migrazione del programma prima la versione 9.3.x a 2009-1

Effettuare un salvataggio dei dati

Attraverso la funzione File-> Export -> Candidati, esportare tutti i candidati in un database(es. C:\
pptemp).

Attraverso la funzione File->Export ->Referenze (se ci sono delle referenze), esportare tutte le
referenze in un database (es. C:\pptemp).

Installazione del CD 2009-1 nel repertorio attuale di PersProfile Manager fleggando l’opzione
“Nuova installazione”.

Attraverso la funzione Archivi -> Import, importare i dati delle referenze e dei candidati partendo
dal database nel quale avete salvato i file

Verificare l’attendibilità dei dati

In caso di problemi, restaurare il repertorio

migration-tool the data can be converted automatically to the new format.
Procedure for single user version PP 9.3.x and more recent:

Make a complete backup of your PP installation.

If you Version-9.8.x is installed, then first dearchive any archived candidates. Then manually
delete the files ARCH_CAN.FIC, ARCH_CAN.NDX, ARCH_EVA.FIC and ARCH_EVA.NDX ! Also
delete the subdirectory \ARCHIVE !

Installation of the CD 2009-1 into the current directory of PersProfile Manager by choosing “Update
installation”. At the end of the installation and after launching PersProfile Manager, the migration
process will start. and will convert the data to the new format.

Verify the data as to their plausibility.

In case of problems restore the entire PP directory to its original state and try the following
solution.

La version 2009-1 n’est plus compatible avec la version 9.8 ou précédent, mais peut migrer les données à
l’aide de l’outil de migration fournie.
Procédure pour la version monoposte PP V-9.3.x et plus récent:

Effectuer une sauvegarde des données

Si une version 9.8.x est installée, il faut désarchiver d’ventuels candidats archivés. Ensuite il faut
manuellement effacer les fichiers ARCH_CAN.FIC, ARCH_CAN.NDX, ARCH_EVA.FIC et
ARCH_EVA.NDX ! Aussi, il faut effacer le sous-répertoire \ARCHIVE !

Installation du CD 2009-1 dans le répertoire actuelle de PersProfile Manager en cochant l’option
“Mise à jour”. A la fin de l’installation et après le lancement de l’exécutable, les données seront
converties dans le nouveau format.

Vérifier les données quant à leur plausibilité.

En cas de problème, notez les erreurs et restaurez l’intégralité de la sauvegarde.



