et patronage (gerber).
Nous sommes spécialisés en pièce à manche, pantalon ville ou sportswear,

Nous avons intégré tous les services suivants : développement du patronnage,
gradation, prototype, achat des fournitures et tissus, broderie, lavage et
teinture, reconditionnement d’articles, réparations... Nous disposons en
France d’une unité de stockage et de production de 1 500 m² et d’un
ensemble d’unités de production spécialisées par type de produit dans
l’Europe de l’Est.

Located in the centre of France, our company has a highly-qualified
and efficient team with excellent stitching, cutting and pattern-making
(stacking) equipment.
Making ready-to-wear clothing has been the HERVIER family’s business
for four generations already, and D.P.L. is continuing this tradition for the
main French, English and Japanese brands. We provide our customers
with assistance for their development, from the prototype right through to
delivery at the sales outlet.
We now carry out all of the following: developing patterns, pattern-grading,
prototype, purchase of supplies and fabric, embroidery, washing and dyeing,
repacking of items and repairs. In France we have a 1,500 square-metre
production and storage unit as well as a series of specialist production
units per type of product in Eastern Europe.
We specialise in sleeve tops, casual trousers or sportswear, skirts, dresses
and so on.
We also work for the professional clothing sector.
Our expertise means that we can adapt to our customers’ requirements –
no matter how much they need.

Die Firma D.P.L. setzt die Herstellung von Konfektionskleidung für
bedeutende französische, englische und japanische Marken fort, in der
die Familie HERVIER bereits seit vier Generationen tätig ist. Wir betreuen
unsere Kunden in ihrer Entwicklung, vom Prototyp bis zur Auslieferung am
Verkaufsort.
Unser Angebot erstreckt sich auf folgende Leistungen: Entwicklung
von Schnittmustern, Graduierung, Prototyp, Einkauf von Material und
Stoffen, Sticken, Waschen und Einfärben, Umverpackung von Artikeln,
Reparaturen usw. Wir verfügen in Frankreich über eine 1.500 m² große
Lager- und Produktionsstätte sowie in Osteuropa über eine Reihe von
Produktionseinheiten, die je nach Produkttyp spezialisiert sind.
Wir sind spezialisiert auf Ärmelstücke, elegante Hosen oder Sportswear,
Röcke, Kleider usw.
Darüber hinaus arbeiten wir für die Berufsbekleidungsbranche.

ちはお客様のご要望に応じて、開発、試作品、製造後販売先までの納品
を行います。
弊社はサービス内容として、パターンメイキング、グレーディング、試
作品、布地等材料の購買、刺繍、洗浄、染色、アイテムの再調整、手直
しなどを行います。フランスに1500ｍ2の工場ならびに倉庫を有し、東欧
に、商品タイプに応じて製造工場を有しています。
