SOLUTION
DEVELOPMENT TIMES
Follow the recommended times in the chart for
the film/developer combination of your choice.
CAUTION: These times are intended as a
guide only. Times shorter
than 5 minutes may lead to
uneven development.
AGITATION
For manual processing in spiral tanks and
deep tanks, the development times are based
on intermittent agitation. With spiral tanks,
invert the tank four times during the first
10 seconds, then invert the tank four times
again during the first 10 seconds for each
further minute. Where continuous agitation
is used for manual processing (as in a dish/
tray or with some types of developing tank),
reduce these times by up to 15%. For use in
rotary processors without a pre-rinse, reduce
the spiral tank development times by up
to 15%. A pre-rinse is not recommended as
it can lead to uneven processing.
FIXER
After development, rinse the film in water
or ILFORD ILFOSTOP (1+19) for
10 seconds at 20°C/68°F, and fix in
ILFORD HYPAM or ILFORD RAPID FIXER
(1+4) for 2-5 minutes at 20°C/68°F.
WASHING
Where a non-hardening fixer, such as
HYPAM or ILFORD RAPID FIXER, has been
used, wash the film in running water for
5 -10 minutes at a temperature within
5°C/9°F of the processing
temperature.

TEMPS DE DEVELOPPEMENT
Suivez les recommendations de ce tableau pour
le couple film/révélateur de votre choix.
ATTENTION: Ces durées doivent être
considérées comme une
base de départ. Les durées
inférieures à 5 minutes risquent
de provoquer un développement
non homogène.
AGITATION
Ces durées sont basées sur une agitation
intermittente, pour un traitement manuel en
cuve à spirale ou en cuve profonde. Dans le
cas des cuves à spirale, retourner la cuve
quatre fois au cours des 10 premières secondes
du traitement, puis quatre fois pendant les
10 premières secondes de chaque minute
suivante. Lorsqu'une agitation continue est
pratiquée avec des systèmes manuels (cuvette
ou certains types de cuves), appliquer une
réduction allant jusqu'à 15% de ces durées.
En cuve rotative, sans pré-mouillage, appliquer
également une réduction allant jusqu'à
15% des temps initiaux. Le pré-mouillage
n'est pas conseillé car il peut conduire à un
développement irrégulier.
FIXAGE
Après développement, rincer le film à l'eau
ou dans une solution de bain d'arrêt ILFORD
ILFOSTOP (1+19) pendant 10 secondes à
20°C puis, le fixer de 2 à 5 minutes en
ILFORD HYPAM ou ILFORD RAPID FIXER
(1+4) à 20°C.
LAVAGE
Si un fixateur non tannat, tel que HYPAM ou
RAPID FIXER, a été utilisé, laver le film à l'eau
courante pendant 5 à 10 minutes une
température ne s'écartant pas de plus de
5°C de celle du traitement.
