Machine om olie, beits of andere opbrengmaterialen uit
te wrijven. De standaard machine is opgebouwd uit een
stabiel frame met een speciale anti slip transportband
waarop 2 padunits en 1 borstelunit zijn gemonteerd. De
borstel is na de pads gesplaatst om mogelijke pigmentstrepen weg te halen.

anti-slide conveyor. As standard 2 pad units and 1 brushing unit are mounted on the machine. The brush is placed
behind the second pad to remove possible pigment
stripes.

Maschine zum vertreiben von Öl, Beize und andere Materialien. Die Standardmaschine besteht aus einem äußerst stabilen Gestell mit Antirutschband, worauf zwei
Pads und eine Bürste montiert sind. Die Bürste verhindert mögliche Pigmentstreifen.

d’autres matériaux en frottant. La machine est construite
avec un châssis très robuste et avec un convoyeur à bande
antidérapant spécial sur lequel 2 unités de `pads’ et 1 unité de brosse sont montés. La brosse est placée après les
‘pads’ afin d’enlever des rayures de pigment éventuelles.
Het grote voordeel van pads ten opzichte van normale borstels is dat
de olie of beits dieper in de houtnerf wordt gewreven. Ook is het mogelijk om
zeer snel van kleur te wisselen.
The big advantage of pads compared to standard brushes is that the
oil or stain is polished deeper into the wood grains. Pads also make it possible to
change colour very fast.
Der große Vorteil der Vertreiberköpfe gegenüber normalen Bürsten
ist, dass das Öl oder die Beize tiefer in der Holznerv gedruckt werd. Weiterhin ist
es möglich schnell die Farbe zu wechseln.
L’avantage principal de pads par rapport aux brosses normales est
que l’huile ou la teinture est frotté plus profondément dans les grains du bois. En
outre, il est possible de changer très rapidement de couleur.

Zowel de pads als borstels kunnen in verschillende materialen geleverd worden. De poetsmachine is tevens leverbaar met andere
combinaties tussen borstels en pads.
Het doorvoertransport is in snelheid regelbaar en voorzien van verstelbare zijgeleiding. Snelle wisseling naar dikte en breedte van het werkstuk
alsmede kleurwissel en de zware constructie vormen de basis voor het
succes van deze machine.

über verstellbare Seitenführungen. Die Möglichkeiten zum schnellen Ändern der Breite und Stärke des Holzes, schnelle Farbwechsel, sowie die
solide Konstruktion der Maschine sind die Basis für den Erfolg dieser Maschine.
